I knew what I wanted to buy when I first went to Ira. What I wanted was not in inventory so had to be ordered. Densy and Mike were both very knowledgeable and very helpful in narrowing down styles/option What I wanted was not in inventory so had to be ordered. Densy was very good at explaining options and features of a car that I couldn't see yet and drawing comparisons to another car that we test drove. I worked with Mike to order the car and he and Densy worked well together to see me through to delivery (where Densy took a lot of time to inspect the car and to answer questions). Pricing is what it is - you need to know the parameters going in (invoice, msrp, cost of options, etc.) and I thought the base quote I obtained was favorable. I think dealers can make a lot of money on accessories on the back end (warranties and add-ons), most of which I did not want. I may have paid a little more than bottom-line for the few that I accepted but never felt pressure and was free to negotiate price. Overall, a good experience and I heartily recommend Densy and Mike.
