From my i Just last week, I purchased a brand new RAV4 XLE from Aiman, one of the sales people from Ira Toyota. In short, my experience was fantastic. From my initial visit to the delivery, the transaction was seamless, pleasant, and well-communicated. The only problem I had was with my insurance company failing to send documents to Ira in a timely manner to register my new car, and Aiman exhausted every avenue to get beyond complications that weren't even caused by the dealership. When I picked up my car, it was fully detailed, inspected, and all accessories that I had ordered were properly installed. Many of my friends and all of my family drive Toyotas, and I feel I would be doing a disservice to them by not telling them my experience with Ira, and in particular, Aiman. More
