Waited 5 hours for (4) new tires & alignment, after 2-1/2 hours I was told "40 mins" you will be done, well I bought (4) new (very expensive tires) and was told they couldn't align them now, I told them no t hours I was told "40 mins" you will be done, well I bought (4) new (very expensive tires) and was told they couldn't align them now, I told them no they are brand new tires on 22" rims and the truck needs to be aligned, another 1-1/2 hour goes by and was told they don't have the tool to align my truck...at a Toyota dealership you don't have the tool to align a 2023 Tundra? I guess they found the tool and I was at the dealership from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM for (4) new tires and alignment. Absolute horrible experience, several other customers were upset because of similar circumstances. They gave me (1) tire for free but they were also supposed to do a recall but that didn't get done either. They even had the audacity to ask me to take a picture of the tires on the truck so they could post to dealer social media! As I was the last person at the dealership I overheard staff joking about upset customers and mocking them for being upset. More

Alpesh Patel and Angel Pimental are excellent service writers, they greeted me promptly and made sure I was comfortable with the work I was having done to my vehicle, at no point did they push any upsell writers, they greeted me promptly and made sure I was comfortable with the work I was having done to my vehicle, at no point did they push any upsells, just recommendations due to mileage. The service rep who wrote up the ticket for the work we were having done is the most negative person I have come across in a long time. He was clearly racist and did not want to help me.
