Before my service, I requested that the staff refill the wiper fluid, brake fluid, and engine coolant. However, after an hour and a half, I noticed that the wiper fluid had not been refilled. I had to ask the service staff again to complete this task, which they finally did. I raised this issue with the service manager, but he did not acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology. Instead, he continuously insisted that there was no error on their part. A similar incident occurred during my previous service in 2023. Even a staff member left garbage in my car despite conducting an inspection. Due to these recurring issues, I see no compelling reason to continue using your dealership's services. I believe your shop needs to make significant improvements in the quality and reliability of its service. More
