well let me say that when i was looking for my new Highlander. I went all over and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my husband and i decided to go outside of boston regio Highlander. I went all over and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my husband and i decided to go outside of boston region and on our way going to Ira Toyota at Danvers location, we decided to stop by the dealership, we were kind of in rush and the first sales associate that came up was "Ricky" we told him exactly what i wanted and within an hour of us leaving he called me back and gave us exactly what we wanted. it was an easy deal and i didnt have to waste my time like i did with other dealerships i got my within 2 days hassle-free..He just request little deposit over the phone for my committment. He is a great sales person, listens to our needs, situation and come over result. My rating for him and the dealership would be that if i had to get another car anytime soon or recommend a place it would be Ricky Arora only! no qestions asked. He earned our business for ever. More
My friend purchased a car from Ira a couple of months ago and referred me to the gentleman who sold him his car. I was absolutely cornered by Ricky Ahrora( salesman) and when I told him I couldnt afford the and referred me to the gentleman who sold him his car. I was absolutely cornered by Ricky Ahrora( salesman) and when I told him I couldnt afford the car he wanted to sell me he got up and walked away from his desk. The experience was scarring at this dealership and I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from such a pushy salesperson. The guy is totally unprofessional, and I would rather ride a bike than buy a car from him. More
My experience at IRA Toyota of Danvers was excellent. I knew what I had wanted walking into the dealership, and AJ and Walter made every effort to find the vehicle I was looking for. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the time spent there enjoyable and worthwhile. More
This is the second time I stepped foot into Ira and walked away buying a car from another Toyota Dealer. They are just old school sleazy sales folks that think you're stupid. It amazes me that they get walked away buying a car from another Toyota Dealer. They are just old school sleazy sales folks that think you're stupid. It amazes me that they get away with horrible prices and shady sales tactics. Im so glad I purchased my SUV from another dealer, and tell anyone who is looking for A Toyota to not go there. I am actually proud to tell them that, and sleep well at night knowing that I send folks away from them. They are a bunch of jokers! More
Was looking for a used Rav 4. Found a few I liked and applied onine for financing. Set up an appointment with Michael to come look at a few. In between that time I called a few times. Twice for Michael. applied onine for financing. Set up an appointment with Michael to come look at a few. In between that time I called a few times. Twice for Michael. Left a message and got no call back. Then got an email from Shawna saying if you have any questions, contact me. Also we want to give you the best service. I then left her 2 messages. No call back. Then I called Gary to change my appointement time. No call back. Got two more "automated" emails saying if I have any questions. Kind of hillarious because I did have questions. I called everyone in the dealership and got no phone call back. Well anyway finally spoke with someone to change my appointment. I came in at night with my husband. Got greeted by Gary with a handshake. Other than that, no eye contact. Got rushed along. Called on the intercom, Available Salesman to the showroom, Available Salesman to the showroom. HMMMM Interesting, my appointment so I thought was made with Gary. I quite honestly dont even remember my salesmens name but he seemed disinterested. He must of had my profile in front of him. I don't have the best credit, which I understand is a problem and I was looking for the 10,000- 12,000 range. Went through his inventory and there were a couple I liked. Automatically told me that I wouldn't get financed because they were older cars. Then proceeded to talk about 18,000 cars. I have bad credit and your telling me that I won't get finaced for an older car but I will for a newer one? or do you just want more money in your pocket. It might be my first time at a dealership, but I'm not stupid. So we decided were were all set and said we were going. Didn't even get stopped on the way out the door. WOW. So let me tell you this. I went to Bill Dube Hyundai in Wilmington. Go introduced to a Salesman, No pressure.Got shown a Rav 4. Yes and old Rav 4. 2005, 60,000 miles $12,700. Got financed no questions asked. Got treated like a person, got more for my trade in and drove away with my car. And funny as I'm writing this, just now 2 weeks later just got a call from you asking me if I'm still looking for a Rav 4. Nope all set. Bill Duble took care of it. More

I am an avid fan of Toyota but not a fan of Ira. I went there 3 times over the last few years without buying the car from them and I don't know why I ever even torture myself. I guess it's because they hav there 3 times over the last few years without buying the car from them and I don't know why I ever even torture myself. I guess it's because they have a ton of selection. But the salesmen and the "sales managers" are sleazy and think they can talk around any questions you have. The sales managers do all the price negotiations and the salesmen are just there to be your "friend". Don't EVER go there with a trade. Every time I have gone for myself or with a family member they try and gouge us on the trade. With the most recent experience I had a trade and the KBB for it was just under $12k. The offered me $7500!!! When I questioned him on it the sales manager acted like I was rude and stupid for asking. Gave me a run around about it not being sold for anymore. When I told him I did my homework and I knew they were selling for $14k in the area, he gave me 10 different answers, none of which made sense. They also told me that my credit was not good and that it would be difficult. I already knew going in there that my score was around 700. That is not a bad score! Then when I told them I have the information about what other people are paying for the car and I wanted fair market price. They again give you a run around about how they are already taking a $1k off the MSRP and that fair market price is with the manufacturer rebates. Which I knew was bogus. Everytime I questioned them they just ignored it. They wanted to make me feel as though they are doing ME a favor by getting me in the car and out of my trade. Needless to say I left without the car, went to another Toyota dealer that was SOOO much better, they gave me the fair market price, then the rebates after that and gave me $11k for my trade. A whole $3500 more than what Ira offered for the same trade!!! When I told the new dealer (obviously after they told me what they would give me for the trade), they told me that what Ira offered me was ridiculous. I told them about them trying to act like my credit was a problem and the new dealer told me my score was pretty good and would never have been a problem. BEWARE, if you don’t have any facts and information before going in there, they will screw you. If you do have the facts & information they will act like you’re rude and try and spin a bunch of lies! Example: Ira offered me just under $500 a month payment for my lease; at the new dealer it was $286 for the same exact car with the same exact trade. More

Why, you may ask, have I given top Star Rating to Ira Toyota of Danvers in every area, including Costumer Support, Price, Professionalism, Quality and Friendliness? To state it simply, I gave the highest Toyota of Danvers in every area, including Costumer Support, Price, Professionalism, Quality and Friendliness? To state it simply, I gave the highest rating because in each and every category they went that extra mile for me! They listened. They really listened and than they ran the numbers and scenarios to kind the right fit: a fit that I could afford, one that would meet my circumstances and life style, one that would meet my concerns and needs. The amount of variables inside of those simple terms, affordability, needs, concerns, lifestyles... it was a difficult match. And you know what, they did it. They filled everyone of my requirements, without compromising anything and than even one step further by suggesting different warranties based on my needs, that would leave me worry free for years to come! And they did it with grace, with professionalism, with concern and knowledge and an attention to detail. And they spent the time, answering every question, making me an educated consumer, that is how confident they are in Toyota. I am in sales also. I know the difference between a sales person trying to just make a commission versus a salesperson who is justifiably proud of their product, and who will go the extra length to inform, educate and do the due diligence to make it a win-win for everyone. Will I be a repeat customer, you better believe it. Will I refer clients, friends and family to my sales representative at Toyota, a Mr.Ricky You can count on it. Add together the Professional Reputation of Ira Toyota with the Professionalism, Integrity and honesty, and an incredible attitude, (that I could easily write another email about, they were so wonderfully helpful) a great car, great price, well who wouldn't give Ira Toyota of Danvers a 5 Star Rating ! Thank you agin and again! More
