Occasionally I stop by unexpectedly with our company's van when a mechanical question comes up, and am always courteously received. The service reps really listen when I describe an issue and never make me feel rushed, or that my questions are beneath their notice. They go beyond the usual few terse words, talking about themselves, their backgrounds, how they came to be at this workplace, what their jobs mean to them, and even asking me about mine. That's something you don't experience nowadays. On this particular date, I had been hearing a new noise for a few days. Even though the vehicle was operating fine and no indicator lights had come on, I wanted to get to the bottom of it. As it turned out, there was quite a bit of major work to be done! IRA personnel made the process easy, the work was done to satisfaction, and was even completed in advance of the date they had given me! An added service that they perform is to provide a lift from and to my workplace, which helps immensely. As a literal part of the IRA Family, I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More
