I apologize you feel this way, but our service manager did remember your visit and informed me that he was not trying to “blame you” for the issue, rather he was trying to find out why this problem keeps happening. Please understand that we are responsible for making sure that the Toyota warranty does, in fact, cover any issues that are brought to our attention. Also we are not allowed to make the final decisions on warranty coverage so our managers are responsible to ensure all of the proper procedures are followed so we can get the approval. If his questions came across the wrong way, I apologize, there is no excuse for that. We have 100% control over how we communicate to our customers and I will make sure to address this with all of our staff. We did on one occasion order the incorrect part, and I apologize for that.
