The customer service over the years has been excellent both with service and sales. Ludlow in the service department deserves the utmost praise as he helped me through the decline of my old Corolla and then connected me with Aiman to purchase a new one. Aiman was extremely friendly, straightforward and easy to work with. He gave me a fair price. Naturally I sought out Aiman to help with my most recent lease. Again, he was excellent. The dealership and service is clean, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Aiman! Thanks IRA! More
Awful Service - Rude Service Manager In March 2017 I brought my used 2001 Toyota Tacoma in for a full fluid exchange because I just purchased the vehicle and wanted to make sure its servi In March 2017 I brought my used 2001 Toyota Tacoma in for a full fluid exchange because I just purchased the vehicle and wanted to make sure its service maintenance was up to date. I paid IRA Toyota to change my transmission, brake lines, power steering and rear differential fluid. This service cost me $510. After one month I noticed the power steering pump making noise, and the transmission was slipping. I brought my tacoma in to a local certified mechanic to take a look at. It was brought to my attention that the service I paid for at IRA Toyota was never done. 1. The transmission fluid was dark like motor oil and the plug had metallic shavings on it, like it had never been cleaned before. 2. The differential plug was leaking, and the gasket was old and broken which means it was never changed before. 3. The power steering fluid was discolored, old and low, meaning it had not been changed. 4. The brake fluid was old and never replaced. Needless to say I paid my local mechanic to do the service I thought I had paid IRA Toyota to do. My local mechanic has been in business for 37 years, and has stellar ratings online. Unfortunately I have learned my lesson about where I will get my truck serviced in the future. I called IRA Toyota to speak about a refund, and was directed to the service manager "Mitch". Mitch was rude, unhelpful, antagonistic, threatening and condescending during our conversations. He flat out refused a refund, and challenged me to follow up with the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend not getting service done at IRA Toyota because there stands a good chance it won't get done. More

2nd time buyer from this dealership I have leased two of my vehicles back to back from this dealership and have had all my service done there. They will work with you to do exactly what I have leased two of my vehicles back to back from this dealership and have had all my service done there. They will work with you to do exactly what you want and will not push you into something you do not want to do. Several staff members even remembered me from the time I was previously there which is really saying something from such a high volume dealership. I have no problem recommending them to someone looking to lease a new vehicle or have service done. Thank you Josh JC and Gary for a job well done! More

The salesman Kevin was not knowledgeable about the car we were looking at or the current lease special on the vehicle. We felt very rushed through checking out the vehicle and it's features. The Sales Manager began the negotiation with a low ball offer of $4000 under the KBB value on my trade. I understand it is not worth what KBB lists but the offer was insulting. It is obvious this place doesn't care about each customer or trying to make a deal as due to their volume they are going to move enough cars anyway. I wouldn't waste your time at this place. More

But once I talked with the manager he said there In short, another dealership had a lower price for a lease and the salesman said they would match it. But once I talked with the manager he said there was "no way" the price we were quoted was possible. The other dealership honored their quote - which included taxes and fees - so we went there. The manager killed the sale. The price we got was consistent with the nationally advertised price so it's beyond me why Ira said it was impossible. More

Few days later, they call me and informed me that they git a better deal from another bank (Morgan Chase) so i said fine. Before i knew, GM Financial started calling me saying i owe them!!! I kept redirecting them to Ira of Danvers plus me also calling and emailing Ira of Danvers but they still did not send back they cheque! This went on for over 2 months then GM Financial Bank finally flagged my credit report!!! I have all the paperwork and i am currently thinking of what is the way forward with this!!! This is the WORST car buying experience i have ever had! More

The service was performed on schedule and on budget. While the work was being done, inused the free wifi to do some work, had a fresh salad from their snack bar, and enjoyed a complementary soda. I took my car to the car wash prior to my visit (out of respect to the technicians); my car was still a bit spotty. When I picked up my car, it had been freshly washed, again, for free, by Ira Toyota. I was very pleased with my entire experience and would recommend them very highly. More
higest documentation fee with worst service We just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from IRA Toyota of Danvers. They charged $57.5 for transferring registration fee and $495 documentation fee. In M We just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from IRA Toyota of Danvers. They charged $57.5 for transferring registration fee and $495 documentation fee. In MassDOT RMV there is no fee for transferring registration. But they charged us almost the same as new registration fee, which is $60. We asked them why. They said they made a mistake and didn't overcharge intentionally. If it should be not intentional , I am wondering how they prepared their sale contract. Why charges more not less? Dealer documentation fees cover a dealer's administrative costs related to title, registration, and other paperwork involved with the car purchase. In Massachusetts average doc fee is $321 and range of fee is $195 to $495. They charged the highest fee so they should provide the best service. But they didn't prepare sale contract correctly. Why have they charged highest doc fee? They play trick on the customers. They know most of customers care about the sale price and don't pay attention to all fees. Most of customers like us think all fees are standard. So they charge highest fees. In the end they win deal and fool the customers. More
