Was trying to get a FJ Cruiser roof rack, and after getting there they said they werent able to do it because it was not a TOYOTA one, when they guranteed over the phone that they were able to. It was a waste of 2 hours of my day as I drove there and wait til they came and said they were able to. Not only that, but they also gave me different quotes over the phone in terms of price and installation fee. A completely waste of time, that wouldnt recomment it to anybody who values their time. After doing our own research we were already sold on the vehicle, we just needed to take it for a test drive and how it's feel. Upon arrival at the dealership, we meet a sales person Chris Okafor In the begning he was nice and later showing attitude. Not knowing we fully intended to purchase the vehicle. After some time he went on car salesman mode. By that I mean he was pushy and tried to rush us into a decision without even seeing a car. We wanted to test drive first. That coupled with company policies, that wouldn't allow the vehicle to leave the lot without kept saying are you buying today or just looking? We heard saying his co-worker a salesperson they just wasting time, not buying. "If time be of all things the most precious, wasting time must be the greatest prodigality" He embrassed us. made it diffcult for us to a true assessment of the dealership. We were recommend by our family friend who recently bought a new camry and his father a new highlander from Ira Toyota. He After reluctantly deciding to purchase the vehicle, we came out and left. When I asked the sales person for a minute to think, he rudely replied, & quot;You don't think in this when you come here, when you come in here you are ready to buy, you should do your thinking out there on the floor.& quot; The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who interacts with the public on a daily basis my wife was appalled that they would speak to a potential paying customer in such a manner. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, NOT to ask for him. I do recommend this dealership because they have a great Inventory and Price but not this sales person. I went into the dealership on a Sunday, when it was extremely busy. I could tell that Ricky was very busy but he fit some time in to get me an appraisal on my car. The appraisal value of my car was shocking (in a bad way) but he called me the next day with a much better offer. Over the next few days we negotiated a payment on a new 2012 Camry that would work for me. Ricky was very understanding, patient, and respectful thoughout the whole process, from the moment he first approached me all the way through the car registration process. Everyone knows that buying a car is usually a lose-lose situation and can be aggravating but I got a great deal and received fabulous, fair service from Ricky!!!!!! More

I had the best car buying experience I've ever had and I have Ira Toyota and Ricky Arora to thank for that. Ricky is a very genuine person and gave us the very best deal. The most important aspect to us of buying a new car is being treated with respect and honesty. My husband and I have literally walked out of two dealerships previously while looking for new cars so were being treated with respect and honesty. My husband and I have literally walked out of two dealerships previously while looking for new cars so were reluctant every time we started looking again. Our experience with Ira Toyota of Danvers was refreshing. Tim Goodwin made initial contact with us after we received an internet quote at toyota.com. Next day, Lenny W contacted my husband and quoted specific discount off of window price (a true dollar amount) along with specific costs for the other fees that come with buying a new car. That evening at the dealership, Lenny met us and took us to Ricky Arora, who honored every discount and quoted fee to the penny. We were even able to pick from several Camry LEs on the lot instead of just being relegated to one car. From start to finish, the staff we worked with were respectful and honored their quotes. I must admit that through the entire process, I kept waiting for the moment when something would go wrong, be it the interest rate, quoted price, or whatever. That moment never came. This was without question the simplest and least 'dramatic' experience my husband and I have experienced while buying a new car. More
