Have been pleased with the service here but today I’m not so sure. Tech recommended tire balance and alignment which was done last month when I bought new tires. Curran the service representative was awesome outstanding. He explained everything that needed to be done. Ordered a tire for me as well and it is being replaced tomorrow. I’ve done my service with my Toyota vehicles at IRA for years. They still provide great service but I would recommend you drop off. We bought our 4th vehicle from Gary Cooper and we have the same experience every time. He always listens to what’s important to us and never tries to upswell a vehicle with equipment we do not need. the same experience every time. My wife is handicapped so it is not always easy to get to the dealership for delivery so Mr Cooper goes out of his way to deliver the vehicles right to our driveway. I have been buying my vehicles from mr Cooper for the last 8 years now and will always tell friends and family who to go see if they want to be tested the right way Bill and Emma More
