The business office people are s- Matt Abbott and Ted. They both sent us in multiple trips to hither and yon to get paperwork that was never used or needed. Frank Smith-head of used cars-was awful. His people are completely uninformed, misleading, assuming, and waisted 8 hours of our time from work. We had to do the work that they should have done from the beginning. They had us take multiple trips up there for paperwork that was never needed or used. Frank Smith blamed the customer for his misinformed business office. No compensation in the form of services or even an apology were offered by anyone- including Rob Ramos the General Manager. We would never work with Ira again. More

I am very pleased with Ira toyota and have been for the last 4 years. I bought my first car here in 2009 and said I would come back to buy another car if need be. The finance managers were very helpul and worked with you to try to get what you could afford if not pretty close to what you can afford. I will come back to Ira toyota and hsve sll my service work done here. They are all very polite and will explain all services being done to your vehicle. Thank you for your time and quick responses. I would reccomend my family and friends to go to Ira Toyota first, they will not want to leave without there new car :) More

Recently purchased a new Tacoma pick up for my son who is on active duty in the US Marine Corps. Needed the contracts prepared and sent to San Diego to be signed, notarized and returned to IRA Danvers as so on active duty in the US Marine Corps. Needed the contracts prepared and sent to San Diego to be signed, notarized and returned to IRA Danvers as soon as possible. Once the paper work was completed the truck was prepared, serviced and delivered with two extra keys quickly the same day. I could not be happier and the truck is now on its way to San Diego. Business/Finance Manager Ross Billings and Sales Consultant Aiman Varoqua made this the best car buying experience ever. I could not say enough about both of them. Went in looking to lease a new vehicle and was given clear and honest options. After some negotiating, we came to a mutually beneficial agreement on a trade-in and then closed the deal. We needed to try different cars with our car-seat and child to get an accurate feel for the car and we were able to do so without hassle. I went to Danvers because they got back to quickly and with a resonable quote. I then went to the showroom in Danvers and met Ray Liimatainen in the parking lot. We told him that we were an internet custo with a resonable quote. I then went to the showroom in Danvers and met Ray Liimatainen in the parking lot. We told him that we were an internet customer and he looked us up and found that we were looking for a Camry XLE Hybrid. He immediately got us to a car in the lot that ahd the options that we ere looking for. Before we test drove he explained all the things that we had questions on and explained them in a very clear and concise way that my wife and I were impressed. Then he had me drive the car toa destination then with my wife driving back. He was talking constantly telling us what options are doing as we drove, We felt very comfortable with him. After the test drive we went thru the parking lot finding the color that my wife was so insistant on. We found several and compared until My wife Chris was satisfied. The exact car was not in the lot but as soon as we got into the showroom Ray Liimatainen found it and we started negotiating. I am 63 and have bought many new cars and this was not pushy and was friendly, I have seen some bad salesmen in my day but not Ray Liimatainen. We walked away that sunday afternoon feeling that we got exactle what we looking for at a fair price, The trade in value of my 2003 camry XLE was the only thing a was really trying to push and he did raise that value.I have gone 615 miles and am averaging 42.6 MPG.
