Great job Tony and Brandon! I happened to stop in to Ira Toyota of Danvers after work one day when I met with Tony. From the onset he was patient, explained all the features of I happened to stop in to Ira Toyota of Danvers after work one day when I met with Tony. From the onset he was patient, explained all the features of the car, and not pushy at all. He did not rush me at all. I wanted to check out the car with 2 car seats installed and he helped me put the car seats in and was patient throughout the process. I then wanted to see how it would work with captains chairs vs. bench seating, and Tony went to get a vehicle with captains chairs to install the car seats. At the end, I told him the car, color, features, and price we were looking for, and he worked hard to get us everything we wanted! There were no games or gimmicks...he didn't make me sit and discuss my number with his manager. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Tony worked extremely hard to seal the deal, and I was grateful for all his hard work. Our car was "on order" and Tony kept us informed the entire time on its status. Even when I called him, he was always prompt in returning my phone calls. We even met with Brandon Banich to discuss warranty, etc. Brandon was fantastic and made the experience of dealing with someone in finance painless. We have been to other dealerships where the finance folks are very pushy, Brandon was respectful and worked well with us. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at Ira.
