I have written a positive review before and I feel that Richard Neckers and the Ira Motor Group should be mentioned again. I called Richard today and explained that my inspection sticker was about to expire and was wondering where I should take the vehicle. Richard stated for me not to worry and he would come by and pick up the vehicle. Two hours latter I had my vehicle back with a current Ma inspection sticker and report. I did not expect this service, once again I would like to Thank Richard for taking that extra step. More
I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. Read on only if you want the details: I called the 800 number provided to make an apointment to see a car that has been advertised for 14 days and a person a only if you want the details: I called the 800 number provided to make an apointment to see a car that has been advertised for 14 days and a person answered that wasnt even at the physical location of the dealership, I'm not sure if they out source the apointment making service, but I called at 130pm and the woman offered me a 1200 apointment (?!). When I arrived at the dealership the building at the advertised address was vacant. I went to the building next door (about 20 feet away) when I told the receptionist I had called ahead to test drive a jeep she told me "We don't SELL Jeeps..." (Aparently I was at the NEW Toyota dealer location) Luckily her coworker was able to direct me a 1/4 mile down the street to the used car dealership. Upon getting into my car a gentleman that worked there politley asked what I was looking for, he said he knew exactly where that car was, its a big lot and he would be happy to help us. We met him at the used car location he has us sit down at his cubicle, he goes to the front desk has an entire conversation about nothing to do with his job or helping us look a at a car is halfway back to the cubicle when his coworker yells out "YOU WANNA KNOW IF THIS CAR IS AVAILABLE OR NOT?!" They have a discussion he comes back and tells me the car isnt available but hed love to show me blah blah blah... "how is it possible I called ahead to make an apointment hours ago about a car that has been listed for fourteen days?" "well safety and we have this available I'd love to show you..." blah blah used car dealer lingo... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! More
NEVER go to this dealer!!! I drove more than three NEVER go to this dealer!!! I drove more than three hours to get there for a lease deal on Saturday. Before I went there their sales representative NEVER go to this dealer!!! I drove more than three hours to get there for a lease deal on Saturday. Before I went there their sales representative contacted me several times by both e-mail and phone. On the phone the representative told me that there's a $500 manufacturer rebate on top of the deal they're offering. Also, the representative claimed that they can offer free delivery (someone from the dealer can drive the car to my home) because I'm not living in MA and it's not possible for them to get the registration done during my first visit, which means I can't drive the car back to home by myself after my first visit. Everything sounds appealing on the phone. But once I get there, bad story begins. First, the sales manager claimed that all dealer and manufacturer rebates/incentives have been applied to get this deal, and they're not responsible for any false explanation. What?! Your people, not the third party, told me that way, and your dealership is under no obligation to it? Alright, can we negotiate so we can meet somewhere in the middle? Always NO. I finally gave up on the price because I didn't want to get nothing after spent so much time on road (almost 7 hours for round trip). Second, delivery? Another NO. I was told to come back on a weekday when the registration can be done. I explained several times that I can't find anyone to send me there on weekdays because my friends need to work and can't drive almost 7 hours to back and forth. It took the manager a while to consider some options but he finally decided that I need to take care of it by myself. So I made a final try, can you please reimburse me for a cheap public transportation so I can get there and drive the car home by myself? Still NO! Well, I'm done. I walked out of the door and won't come back. And of course, thanks for the lessons. It's common for dealers to trick people but I can never imagine a dealer will do like this. Bait people there and then no negotiation/courtesy at all? You're the No. 1 as you advertised, Ira of Danvers! Don't waste your time and money especially if you're not living nearby. Stay away! More
I just purchased my first car here and had the most wonderful experience. Aiman Varoqua was my salesman and he is fantastic! Aiman made sure the car was perfect before handing it over to me, and he even took the time to show me all the special details of the car. He even set up the Bluetooth connection between the car and my phone! I highly recommend going to this dealership and working with Aiman if you can, especially if it's your first car purchase. More

It's unbelievable to me that, in this economy, people could be so lazy and/or apathetic when a prospective customer walks in the door. My mother and I stopped into the dealership on Sunday, August 11th. The woman at the front desk was friendly and had a sense of urgency. Unfortunately, the sales staff and management couldn't be bothered to come see us or assess our needs. Despite the receptionist's requests for a salesperson, we stood around the showroom for close to 30 minutes, with several reps walking by and not bothering to say word one to us. There was a small room off to the side where all the sales staff appeared to be either having a meeting or just hanging out. Needless to say, we left once it became clear that nobody was going to work with us. How you guys stay in business with this soft of attitude, I have no idea.... More

I was treated like a idiot and wasn't accommodate for the best car I could get on my particular condition and the salesperson argue with me about me trying to control to much of the deal, selling a car t the best car I could get on my particular condition and the salesperson argue with me about me trying to control to much of the deal, selling a car that has a cigarette smell for a higher price of another which was even less miles, I would never go to that dealer again since when I didn't agree with the terms they told me that I waste their time which it was money for them to.
