Truck Robed and Lied to by Management My truck was robbed while at the dealership. Money and items were stolen from the vehicle. When I finally got in touch with the manager he said he was My truck was robbed while at the dealership. Money and items were stolen from the vehicle. When I finally got in touch with the manager he said he was going to look into this and get back to me the next day. When I received no calls for two days after that I tried to get in touch with him again, and then it was almost impossible to get a hold of him. The way I finally got him to call me back was by calling the customer service representative who made him call me back. He said that he did not find anything from the security tapes but he was going to pay me back for the money that was stolen. This was weeks ago and I have heard nothing more and have not been reimbursed. It is obvious now that the manger was lying to me the entire time and never actually intended to help me. I have been a customer at this dealership for many years now and even with that they treated me like dirt. I would avoid this dealership at all costs not because money was stolen, since this can happen. I would avoid it because the upper management is very untrustworthy and customers are treated extremely poorly here. Until this dealership decides that customers should be treated properly, I have no intent to trust anyone at this dealership with my truck. This behavior is not appropriate for any reputable business and tarnishes the entire Toyota brand name. More

5 hours of games Playing games, not giving answers that you ask. 11am till 4:15pm not done yet. No coffee or soda on Sunday. Negotiated the SUV price over the email on the eve of 4th of July for an immediate CASH Deal. Adriana Porter is a good Sales person, helped me answer all my questions and worked hard to close the deal. However I expressed my inability to drive to their location due to my broken wrist. Adriana offered to give me a ride to their dealership. So I could make it to their dealership and close the deal. Once I was at dealership, they offered me a price quote of $xx895. I asked the sales person if she could give a better price and gave my counter offer of $xx700. Since Sales person had to confirm it with Sales manager. She went to talk to him and returned with him after a few minutes. Sales manager -Ryan Honda walked out and quoted that the price I gave as counter is not acceptable. I was like fine. If it is not acceptable, dealership only offered to give me a better price and brought me here. Also the price difference is $195.00. We can do it and make it a better deal. However Ryan was already impatient and in no mood to talk. He seemed frustrated and made this statement (presumably looking at my broken hand in the sling) "IF YOU COULD MAKE IT HERE THE WAY YOU DID, YOU SHOULD MAY BE FIND A WAY TO GO BACK." and walked away. It was such a humiliation, disrespect and inhuman to talk to a customer with broken hand in a sling support. I was helpless and regretted for taking a decision to visit their dealership. So I had to call my wife to brief the situation and in spite of her health condition, she had to drive to pick me from the dealership. While my wife was on her way, I came out and waited. Sales person tried to talk to me and offered she could bring the Sales director and So I could narrate whatever happened. John McCarthy, New Care Sales Director walked out and he took sides of Sales manager and quoted "I don't know what the Sales manager said. Can you tell me what happened" and when I repeated Ryan's words. John goes "I dont see anything inappropriate here. If you are protesting you are welcome to protest but don't raise your voice". When I said I was humiliated in the dealership and I was not at their Mercy. After all I am there to pay money and buy a new car. He goes with mere words - Apologies for that Sales manager and walks out too. However he did not try to convince me or sincerely apologise for whatever happened at their dealership. Except for the sales person both Sales manager and Sales Director, they did not want the deal to go through and they were least bothered about what happened. After this extremely embarrassing and regretful experience I felt it is not a good idea to trust them and go ahead with the deal. I was determined that if I had to get the same SUV, I would be more than Happy to get it from an other dealer by paying little more money rather than losing my DIGNITY, SELF RESPECT at this dealership to buy the SUV. I will post my update soon after I buy my SUV at another dealership. More

When all was said and done, on closing day, they the standard bait-n-switch and sell me a lower model for the price agreed upon. I immediately called foul and showed them the emails, and tried to get them on record. They ran away quick! KEEP all your documentation and log all calls! Avoid going to dealerships--especially this one--divert your correspondences to emails to keep some level of paper trails. Negotiate on the vehicle you want by the OUT-THE-DOOR price, be specific down to the stock #, and VIN #, so there's no switcheroos. Lastly, NOTIFY every consumer protection agency (BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals Office, News Stations) when they try to play games. More
