He checked to see the proper battery would be available and with a schedule to have it installed. He efficiently got my car in, the battery installed and me back on the road. He was also able to effect an appropriate discount which had been previously issued to me. Positive, helpful, timely and quality IRA service once again. Thanks Steve & IRA. More

Low rating is due to the time I arrived at my 4pm scheduled service and appointment and everyone in the entire room ignore me. They all walked past me and wouldn’t even make eye contact.
