MESSED MY CREDIT!!! So.. they got a deal with GM Financial Bank as the Lien Holder and the bank sent them the money. Few days later, they call me and informed me that they git a better deal from another bank (Morgan Chase) so i said fine. Before i knew, GM Financial started calling me saying i owe them!!! I kept redirecting them to Ira of Danvers plus me also calling and emailing Ira of Danvers but they still did not send back they cheque! This went on for over 2 months then GM Financial Bank finally flagged my credit report!!! I have all the paperwork and i am currently thinking of what is the way forward with this!!! This is the WORST car buying experience i have ever had! More

I took my car to the car wash prior to my visit (out of respect to the technicians); my car was still a bit spotty. When I picked up my car, it had been freshly washed, again, for free, by Ira Toyota. I was very pleased with my entire experience and would recommend them very highly. More
higest documentation fee with worst service We just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from IRA Toyota of Danvers. They charged $57.5 for transferring registration fee and $495 documentation fee. In M We just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from IRA Toyota of Danvers. They charged $57.5 for transferring registration fee and $495 documentation fee. In MassDOT RMV there is no fee for transferring registration. But they charged us almost the same as new registration fee, which is $60. We asked them why. They said they made a mistake and didn't overcharge intentionally. If it should be not intentional , I am wondering how they prepared their sale contract. Why charges more not less? Dealer documentation fees cover a dealer's administrative costs related to title, registration, and other paperwork involved with the car purchase.In Massachusetts average doc fee is $321 and range of fee is $195 to $495. They charged the highest fee so they should provide the best service. But they didn't prepare sale contract correctly. Why have they charged highest doc fee? They play trick on the customers. They know most of customers care about the sale price and don't pay attention to all fees. Most of customers like us think all fees are standard. So they charge highest fees. In the end they win deal and fool the customers. More

They have excuses after excuses - 'sorry, we thought we have parts in place' to 'sorry, we received the wrong parts'. All along they make you feel like you don't know how to load stuff into your trunk and that the reason the latch dangle was because we pushed it by mistake. Don't you just love dealers who blame it on you and would not own their actions? Unbelievable! More

No haggling involved - he asked us what price we wanted to pay, and came back in about five minutes with an acceptance, no negotiation. We, of course, immediately worried that we gave them too good a deal. Scanning the internet after the purchase, we couldn't find a comparable car offered at even close to the price we paid. Then we worried that we'd find bloodstains in the carpet, because why else would he sell this great car at such a low price? (Haven't found any yet). It is now several years later, and we are still extremely pleased with our car, with the deal, and with Al. More

My brother told me to go to Ira and to ask for Aiman because he had had such a great experience working with him. I did ask for Aiman to help me out and I must say I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did when Aiman became my salesperson. We sat down and he helped me go through all the options that were available to me. I wasn't sure if I should buy or lease, Aiman came up with both types of scenarios for what would work best for me. He took time with me, he was patient with me, he didn't rush me into a decision and through the whole time I spent with him, I felt safe and comfortable that he would help me make the right choices that would work best for me. He's a kind man and that shows so you can't help but feel safe when he is helping you out. Because of my experience at Ira, I will always buy my cars there in the future and I will always purchase again with Aiman by my side guiding me into the right decisions. More

After explaining our situation (what we were looking for) and went for a test drive, we were left at the door of the building while the dealer we were working with (for over an hour) ditched us for another customer. We were then expected to go back over all our information with a new dealer, while the original deal tended to what appeared to be a more important customer. We left feeling aggravated, offended., and rejected, of course, we were less important and treated as such. I'm still shocked at how we were treated, as we were returning customers looking forward to another positive experience. Not so much! More
