Bait and switch pricing / service manager has bad attiude I called ahead to get a price and schedule an appointment for a basic oil change for my Toyota Sequoia(08). I provided all of the information regardi I called ahead to get a price and schedule an appointment for a basic oil change for my Toyota Sequoia(08). I provided all of the information regarding my car when talking to the representative. I was given a price of $44.95 to which I said, you know that car takes 7.4 quarts of 0W20 right?? They reassured me that was the price and set up my appointment. When I pulled into the service bay I was eventually greeted by a service rep that checked in the car. He noticed the inspection was due at the end of the month and asked if I wanted them to inspect it which I agreed to. When reviewing the work order, I noticed the inspection was listed with a price of $35 (standard Ma Inspection fee) but there was no price listed for the oil change. When I asked why the price of the oil change was not listed I was told that it varies??? Then I was told it would be $79 for the oil change and told that my car needed 7.4 quarts like I didn’t know that already. I informed him I had got a lower price on the phone and would like them to honor it since I did take the time to drive down. The service rep and I went in to see the service manager who was very rude and just said “sorry they were wrong”. I reminded him that “they” are your dealership but he just gave me a very negative attitude. I had to stand in front of my car to keep it from going back to the service area. I don’t know why they were moving it since I did not sign a work order. On my way home I took the opportunity to call them back and let them know what had happened. They telephone rep. confirmed the 44.95 price! I escalated to a manager and gave them the whole story. They were going to review the recorded call from earlier and get back to me with a resolution. I’m still waiting 3 weeks later……. IRA must service hundreds of Sequoia’s and Tundra’s a week so to not have an accurate price for standard oil change is ridiculous. It’s also very suspicious to not list the price of the oil change on the work order when the cost of the inspection is listed. If you can’t trust them with the price of an oil change would you trust them with any other work?? More

The salesperson, Adriana Porter, is friendly, honest and very generous with her time. She is very helpful, and answered all our questions. Excellent service by great people! After walking in the dealership, Aiman was assigned to take care of us. We told him we were interested in the Corolla on the website and wanted a test After walking in the dealership, Aiman was assigned to take care of us. We told him we were interested in the Corolla on the website and wanted a test drive. He gathered the necessary paperwork and put it all together very quickly. The test drive was the best we had done. Most dealers had us do a 2 minute test drive; but Aiman let us take it on the highway, and really get a feel for the car how we would be driving it. After deciding we wanted to purchase the car, we started the paperwork. Aiman was very upfront about the price and rebates. We informed him that we qualified for the college graduate rebate and he surprised us by telling us Toyota just increased it a few days prior, from $500 to $750. He took our credit information and informed us that we qualified for 0% interest (we expected that). He was very polite, helpful, and excited to put us in a new car. We signed the final papers that day and picked up the car two days later. This was the easiest auto purchase I could ever imagine. When we first sat down at Aiman's desk, we noticed 5 different "Salesman of the Year" awards from the dealership. After working with Aiman, it is no surprise he has these awards. He seemed sincere and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. More

Even though I asked many questions and had done a lot of research, JC answered everything, patiently, pleasantly, and even encouraged additional questions, to make sure I felt I had all the information I needed. He was gracious to my children, and made them feel like welcomed participants. He let them write our name on my " sold" paper window tag. I think this made their day. We had previously worked with another Toyota dealership , and everything at this transaction was pleasant, in comparison to the previous dealer. We actually look forward to our next transition in just a few months, as we will be working JC again. CF More
