You guys got me. $9.95 oil change special that’s lead to $1600 in work on my 2018 Sequoia that has 50K miles. Took the invoice to Sullivan Tire and the identical work $9.95 oil change special that’s lead to $1600 in work on my 2018 Sequoia that has 50K miles. Took the invoice to Sullivan Tire and the identical work would have been under $900 bucks. This is why I dont go to a dealership for service work after the warranty has expired. Shame on me, but pretty smart on IRA's part. I got a personal call for the $9.95 special, as I am pretty sure they run a report on clients that have vehicles that may require additional service (I didn't get a call regarding our other Toyota). Never again. UPDATE- I was at a friend’s house last night who got the same $9.95 oil change special. Had his service this week and was inundated with potential up charges, one was the need to replace his windshield wipers which he had actually just replaced the week before. IRA Toyota STOP with the deceptive advertising. No one is getting a $9.95 oil change, no one. The key word here is upsell. More
Once again we had a great experience dealing with Aiman Varoqua purchasing our Sequoia. This is our second time dealing with Aiman and we will only deal with him. Terrible experience! 😡👎🏾 So I booked an appointment with Toyota in December right before Xmas to get my door handle fixed. I showed up & this guy (Rojas he knows who h 😡👎🏾 So I booked an appointment with Toyota in December right before Xmas to get my door handle fixed. I showed up & this guy (Rojas he knows who he is) was so rude & disrespectful.😡😡 Mind you I was with my wife and my one year old. The guy took the car for about 3 hours & never gave us an update so I went back to the service area and asked what’s going on? & when I finally got a response from Rojas he said it would cost me over 600 $ btw I got it fixed for about 300bucks! That guy was clearly trying to up sell me on everything he sent me like whole list of things I needed to get done. So when I told him it’s ok can I have my car back? He was so mad & didn’t want to talk to me after that. So he made us wait for another hour & a half just to get the car back. Mind you we have a baby that’s crying & had to pick up my 3 year old daughter from daycare by 6. we’ve been there since 1 pm & didn’t leave until 5 something close to 6. and Immediately I got in the car the car felt different it wasn’t driving like it usually does. Fast forward to a week later my heat stop working! My car is over heat. Now my car won’t even start had to get it towed cause it stopped right in the middle of the highway. Mind you there was nothing wrong with the car prior to that just had an oil changed there not too long ago when they were trying to sell me tires and bunch of other crap I didn’t need. All they do is trying to hustle you. It’s definitely a turn off & bad for business. I used to be happy bringing my car there but after my last experience, I’M SO DONE. & I’m getting the impression that customer service and car service Quality has decreased. I def plan to go somewhere else where they treat people a little better & better car services and for a better price. I suggest that others do the same, the service there is not what it used to be. Thanks Toyota for ruining my car!! & thanks Rojas this one is on you!!! NEVER GOING BACK! & I Have receipt for proof ROJAS!! Ps. I did have one good experience when I went there the 1st time ( with Tyler Simmons) I did post a good review but had to take it down because I haven’t had any good experience after that! & David Rojas was my last straw! ✌🏾👎🏾 More
