We and they negotiated well and we are as happy as can be. We traded 2 cars and went home in 1. Kate agreeingly drove our new car for that distance 1 hour 1/2 to us while we searched for title for 2nd trade. No happy overall with the service I experienced. I honestly don't think they care at all about people. I was told 1.5-2 hours for my service, it was more than 3 hours, which is fine if I was notifie I honestly don't think they care at all about people. Then he got upset when I told him I no longer wanted to buy a service package, told me it was too late and I had already signed, then tried to get me to sign again and I said no, so I did not have to purchase a service package for the future…So unprofessional and disrespectful. I was there with my two kids, decided not to get them childcare or ask someone to watch them because I thought that routine maintenance would take 2 hours, tops. Just so disappointed, but I guess that is was terrible of me to go back on what I said I was planning on buying, but after seeing a sample, I decided against it. I just value my time and money, sorry? More
