We have been loyal Ira Toyota customers for over 25 years and about 15 vehicles.went in about 3 months ago bought a new Camry and set a deal to lease another RAV4 / car was not in stock and the car we were t and about 15 vehicles.went in about 3 months ago bought a new Camry and set a deal to lease another RAV4 / car was not in stock and the car we were turning in had less than 12,000 miles on it . Had a deal on paper we would get the new vehicle plus $3,500 with payments of about $380/ car came in we showed up yesterday and they pulled the deal off the table we could take the $3500 check but the monthly payments would be $485 over 3 years that’s comes to just about $3500 / we ended up taking no money and payments of $374 ! Very disappointed and let Carl the salesman and Mike the manager we will no longer be doing business with Ira Toyota again! The funny thing was during the 4 months we waited for the vehicle Toyota did not have or we would have had the deal completed 4 months ago they removed our loyalty points !so much for 25 years and 15 vehicles! I have consulted a lawyer to take a look. This is the only negative experience We have had but we’re humiliated and disrespected / rating has always been 5 star but 1 star after our final visit More
We were in the market to replace our 2008 Toyota Tundra when we met Rich Swanson in the Parking lot. He was friendly and helpful from that moment and throughout the entire process of driving off the lot in when we met Rich Swanson in the Parking lot. He was friendly and helpful from that moment and throughout the entire process of driving off the lot in our new 2023 Tacoma SR5. Rich has great communication and people skills in that he was very attentive to our needs. He was extremely efficient and effective in working the deal for us and got us in the monthly payments that is appropriate for our situation. The process was easy and worked in our favor. Rich is an outstanding representative of what a sales person should be and he represents the organization in a positive light. We are very happy with our new truck and very happy with the service we received. Jen, in Finance was also great and easy to work with. She and Rich were the perfect team for us! More

I will never go back to Toyota of Danvers to purchase or lease a car. I made an appointment to buy out my lease and I walked into the dealership and there was no one assigned for my meeting. The workers are lease a car. I made an appointment to buy out my lease and I walked into the dealership and there was no one assigned for my meeting. The workers are too lazy to complete the paperwork to buy out my leases car. They told me that I needed to call myself and do it on my own. I am outraged and very upset. Our family has bought four Toyota’s and our customer loyalty was not even considered. I cannot believe that the workers there would not help me and take the time to work with me. Very disappointed and will not recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
Recently purchased a 2021 Acura RDX Technology package. The first salesperson was not helpful at all and luckily another salesperson ended up assisting me. The only thing that I did not like about my exp The first salesperson was not helpful at all and luckily another salesperson ended up assisting me. The only thing that I did not like about my experience at the dealership was - 1) The interaction from the initial salesperson. 2) They tried to give me only $1,500.00 for my trade in, when I was at another dealership 2 weeks before and they offered me $4,500.00 for my trade in and was going to install a remote starter for me. Thanks to the 2nd salesperson he was able to get me closer to what the other dealership was offering to do and pricing for my trade 3) When I received the pricing sheet there was a charge for $295.00 for Nitro Fill which I was not aware of and did not authorize. Also, was told at that point that all of their vehicles have Nitro Fill and this option can not be removed. Things like this should be discussed with the customer before adding and it should not be mandatory as not everyone wants this option. Even though we were waiting for the title to come in there was plenty of time for this to be discussed, so that I the customer could research and make an informed discussion about the Nitro Fill . Other than the issues listed above, the experience was not horrible and I am happy with the purchase as I have been searching for this vehicle (especially the color which is hard to come by) More
If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would! First Ever visit I expressed some concerns and I was quickly dismissed; I kept asking for assistance and they simply told me to call Toyota. 2nd First Ever visit I expressed some concerns and I was quickly dismissed; I kept asking for assistance and they simply told me to call Toyota. 2nd visit I asked them to check my door panels because they kept popping out and I was tired of pushing them back in. After my service was done they handed me my keys and paperwork and showed me the door. I said no, let me review the service work... they added a bunch of bogus service notes stating that I damaged my own car. I asked them to explain, they wouldn't and i kept asking for details. The service rep stated that my panels were damaged due to the Tints that were installed. I showed him pictures and videos of the Tint install; I was present when they installed the Tints and not one panel was removed. Ive one many vehicles, all had Tints installed and not one panel was ever removed. I asked them to remove the service notes. They said no, get out. I emailed the dealership, spoke with a manager who promised to help me but he lied, he didnt do anything. Fast forward a few weeks later, I asked to speak with someone higher up and I did get a call. I was asked to give details of both incidents, which I did and the guy stated "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?!" . I replied, good question. I've given proof that the service notes were false, I've asked for helped and been bruised off, can't even speak again, everyone dismisses me. To be honest, I think that I may be getting discriminated because I am a short hispanic male and people think I can be brushed off easily. The service guy I spoke to dismissed me and said he had enough of me, then slammed the phone on me. This dealership is more concerned about the numbers, getting paid, more than the quality of work and customer service. I will be calling the toyota 800 number to report this dealership and try to remove the false notes. I've heard of others being charged extra and waiting excessive times (I waited almost 3 hours for just an oil change, nothing else). More
