I went for 3 things. Oil change, sticker, and to look at my whipers because one was loose. My car was driving smoothly otherwise. I left 4 and 1/2 hours later and $420 in the hole after being sold an alignment, brake fluid flush, and a car driving like crap. I brought it back 2 days later to give them a chance to fix it instead of leaving a bad review. After another 4 hours they said they put my tires back and realigned it but it was even worse. When i turned around to tell them it wasnt fixed, i was told i needed new tires(only 20k miles on them). Once i argued that, i said i wanted to be refunded for the allignment i cearly didnt need. They told me i needed to come back again when someone qualified to look at my car would be there to actually fix it which is rediculous. Someone should always be there. Not only that a couple days later in a snow storm my whiper broke off so clearly they didnt even look at that either. I will not be going back to have them doing anything. More
I have owned Toyotas for 20+ years and always had my car serviced at dealerships. Before this, I was serviced at Toyota of Watertown, Toyota of Wellesley and Boch Toyota. I never experienced the extra wait serviced at dealerships. Before this, I was serviced at Toyota of Watertown, Toyota of Wellesley and Boch Toyota. I never experienced the extra waiting time ( this visit for routine maintenance—I arrived at 2 pm with an estimated finish time of 4-4:30, but wasn’t finished until 6) that I have since I have been taking my Camry to Ira. Not just this time, but every time.. You seem to have a systemic issue and should at minimum provide realistic completion times. I still have reason to go to Metro West and will schedule my service elsewhere if this continues. Toyota of Watertown was so much better. More

I recently had the worst experience trying to buy a car through IRA Toyota, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I was made to wait for almost a month without any clear communication or updates through IRA Toyota, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I was made to wait for almost a month without any clear communication or updates, and even after all that, there wasn’t the slightest acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The communication with the dealer was equally frustrating—disorganized, unresponsive, and lacking basic courtesy. It felt as though my time and interest in making a purchase were not valued at all. Buying a car should be an exciting and smooth process, but this experience was anything but that. I strongly recommend avoiding IRA Toyota if you’re looking to buy a car. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values customer service and respects your time. This was truly a disappointing and unprofessional experience. More
