Gary Cooper who sold me the car was outstanding. No high pressure sales or pushy sales tactics. He sold my Daughter a vehicle and she is very happy too. When doing the finance paperwork I asked Cassandra about the interest rate I was receiving but somehow we got off topic and I never received an answer. Once home I called to inquire about the rate and when I was told that I was receiving a 7.5% rate. Needless to say I was not happy. Gary called me and said it was a mistake and fixed it to 4.99. which at the time is the deal Toyota is doing. I was over the top impressed. He is fantastic and Cassandra in Finance had to go home sick so I'm thinking she was not feeling well which maybe caused her to miss the interest rate question but that's on me too. Overall I would definitely return and recommend anyone I know to go to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

I made an appointment for an oil change and waited 3 1/2 hours. I was told my car had no issues even though I had several issues the last time I was there but I didn’t do them. I asked why and was told they didn’t have time to inspect my car. How long does it take for an oil change! Originally I was told 1 1/2-2 hours. Assuming they inspect your car with it, I agreed. I didn’t agree to 3 1/2 hours with no inspection. It also says free car wash. I haven’t had them wash my car the last several times I had service. I ask and they say it’s not working. Shame on Toyota for their poor service! More
