I was told that my car would be ready at 4pm (I had left it since 7am). I kept being told it was almost done...then by 6pm someone told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day (without even looking into it since 7am). the whole dealership is something special from sale department to the auto repair shop, when to repair one tire it take 5 hours to do balance rotation and repair one tire, don’t know what to say about department to the auto repair shop, when to repair one tire it take 5 hours to do balance rotation and repair one tire, don’t know what to say about it. the sale department just overrated they just want to sell cars plus insurance in cars dont really listen to customers and avoid people that are just looking around, watch all this while waiting for my repair of 5 hours.
