Five hours is unreasonable and again, you should not take appointments for more vehicles than you can handle. Since the website asks if the person will be waiting for the vehicle, you know in advance how many people will be waiting. The waiting rooms were so full there were not even places to sit! In addition, the car passed inspection easily on the way home (an unnecessary step that added more time and inconvenience) and it never should’ve been in question. It was a cosmetic issue with a part that had dislodged and needed to be put back into place. It had no effect on the safety of the vehicle.
