Besides myself, talked to 2 others about the wasted time there at Ira. Lady next to me said she came in at 10, and when the guy came out, it was 1, and they didn't even start on her car for basic service. there at Ira. Too many booked apptmts and no one told on the onset you'd have to wait hours just to have your car seen. And how about the high prices and uptight staff, as they have listen to the complaints. More

2 1/2 hours for a 5000 mile check up included the service man losing my keys/paperwork. ABSURD WASTE OF TIME.
