They took me in without an appointment. It was longer than i had planned for but they gave me a $25 coupon. The snack bar was great, the charging station was convenient. At 2:45pm on a Friday of a 3 day weekend I called the service dept to see how soon I could get my 8 year old 12v battery replaced (I had gotten stuck and had to have the car jumped to start). They gave me a 3:20pm appointment and took the car right in when I got there. The check-in was smooth, they kept me updated via text what was happening. The time flew by as I watched the US Open tennis match in the waiting room. In addition to the battery they did a 59 point check up (all was good). When it was done I paid and drove off. Easy! More
