I went in for an oil change & sticker. I asked them to check my tires because my pressure light was on the said they do that and it shows on my receipt that they did but when I got in the I asked them to check my tires because my pressure light was on the said they do that and it shows on my receipt that they did but when I got in the car is was still on. I didn't go back in because it was late. The guy I checked in with left for the night didn't even bother to let me know. Also can you ask who ever drives the car at the end to put the sit all the way back. This is not the first time I have had issues with your service dept, time to find another place. More

Thanks to Vadim and Peter at Ira in Danvers, MA, I met my target trade-in allowance and purchase price on a 2024 Tundra TRD Pro hybrid in the color White Cap with red interior. I traded in a 2025 Toyota Taco target trade-in allowance and purchase price on a 2024 Tundra TRD Pro hybrid in the color White Cap with red interior. I traded in a 2025 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter that I loved, but the truck was not conducive to a Family of 4 with a large Newfoundland puppy. Ira also ensured that my Tacoma $1000 warranty was applied to a bumper-to-bumper 125K Toyota warranty for the Tundra. Most importantly, Ira in Danvers is transparent and never once applied the standard dealership tactics. They were respectful, to the point, and had more integrity than I’m used to. They have a customer for life, and I will see Vadim and Peter when it’s time to purchase a 2028 Tundra. More

Would you like to get your Vehicle inspected so we can now diagnose the problem? Ana Roe. Bottom line, made appointment, arrived yesterday morning at 7:20am. Technician tells me there is no recall notice about malfunctioning parking brake for my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. A complete waste of three hours!! More
