It’s has always treated me well, I’ve always enjoyed the leasing process as well as the service experience. Unfortunately with my most recent visit I was a little disappointed. My driver side window seemed leasing process as well as the service experience. Unfortunately with my most recent visit I was a little disappointed. My driver side window seemed to be scraping on something causing a weird noise. I went in for my standard oil change and dropped off my truck for them to investigate the issue. I opted out of the complimentary eco friendly car wash (just water and the big spinny rags) because I had a ladder in the back of my truck bed and I didn’t want anything to get damaged. It’s a work truck so I expect it to get dirty but I was very disappointed when I picked up the truck and found out that the driver side door was riddled with greasy marks. Like I said it’s a work truck but it being white just makes it look so much worse. When I go into peoples homes I treat the workspace like it’s my own home. so I would really hope my dealership would have mechanics who treat their clients vehicles like their own. It would have taken half a second to get a wet rag and wipe the area down but it was left dirty. Seriously disappointed and I hope to see more effort and care of my vehicle with the next visit! More
