Ira Toyota Danvers provided the Worst car purchasing experience I have ever had!! Oliver the sales associate and Victor the manager was unprofessional and argumentative. I bought a car from this busine experience I have ever had!! Oliver the sales associate and Victor the manager was unprofessional and argumentative. I bought a car from this business on February 12, 2026. I picked up the car at night. The next morning, I noticed a crack in the windshield. I immediately called that morning (less than 24hrs). I left several messages for the sales associate Oliver via text messages and voicemail after 5 days I received 1 text back asking for a picture. After sending the picture. I was ghosted and never received a call back. After several attempts I spoke with the manager victor and was told there was nothing they could do because it passed their inspection and I should contact my insurance to get it replaced. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when I refused to accept that answer for a car, I just purchased from them. I don’t understand how it passed inspection with a crack in the windshield. That is something that should be investigated further. The manager said that it’s something I probably did, even though I contacted them less than 24 hours of picking up the vehicle. I was told I only have 2 options to sell the car back to them or go through my insurance. In the words of Victor, the manager, “we will definitely not buy it near the price you paid for it”. This was disgusting and extremely unprofessional coming from a (Victor) manager. I am currently working with the general manager to resolve this situation. However, it will not change the horrible experience I had with this business. It clearly shows that they do not care about their customers and only want to sell you overpriced vehicles. I was told by 4 different people not to purchase a vehicle from them; they do shady business and have the worst customer service. I am kicking myself for not listening and I fully regret doing business with Ira Toyota Danvers. I would never purchase from Ira Toyota again. More

When I asked, I was told repeatedly my new car was exactly the same as my prior one, except brand new. I believed the salesman, but that was not true. My prior lease was an LE and my new lease is an exactly the same as my prior one, except brand new. I believed the salesman, but that was not true. My prior lease was an LE and my new lease is an L. Many conveniences are lacking in my new lease. They will make a lot of money reselling my 2023 Corolla Cross with very low mileage, while I am paying more each month for less conveniences, simply because I believed and trusted my salesman wouldn't lie to me. Never again. I know, I should have seen the car prior to signing. But I was naive and believed a salesman. I have leased from Toyota for decades and never had this experience before. Hence, my belief in the salesman was justified, I felt. No longer do I feel this way. Every other aspect of my experience on 1/31/26 was good. More
