Service for my Subaru I brought my car in for routine service as well as have my drivers visor replaced. Had to pre-order the part. Those doing the service take a v There is a disconnect between what the service folks know about the length of the service and what actually happens. Those doing the service take a very long time to complete an uncomplicated general service of checking fluids, oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was told it should be one and one half hours but it was two and one half before my car was finished or returned to me. I have no idea if everything was done as I was not given a copy of the service and not charged for it as I made it clear that I had lost patience and was ready to get an Uber and go home and return the next day to retrieve my car. I plan to have my car serviced elsewhere in the future. This is not my first experience with this dealer dragging out work well beyond the initial estimate. I have to wait as I live some distance and the dealer does not have loaner vehicles nor offer shuttle service to my town. More
