Frustrating My tpms warning light came on. Being a nervous driver, I called and asked for an appointment. Was told no appointment necessary to check this. Just d My tpms warning light came on. Being a nervous driver, I called and asked for an appointment. Was told no appointment necessary to check this. Just drive into service bay and technician will help. We are open till 7 pm tonight. Got there at 615. Pulled in, told them my issue and am told we can't help you tonight. I explained I called for an appointment. Didn't matter. No one there to help. Whoever told you you could come in after 5 and get service was giving you bad info. It was your service department. On way home, car made funny noises and skidded twice. Some other light came on. Afraid to drive the car at this point. Bought it in April 2016 new. It has 8,000 miles on it. As I said, nervous driver. Don't drive much. Very frustrated. More

This was a regular 6 mo maintenance checkup. I can say again that a regular 6 month maintenance checkup was done professionally. My car was serviced and checked out in every area. A bit on the slow side I am using Ira Subaru because 4 free oil changes were part of the deal I struck when buying my used Volvo V70. The first appointment took 3 hours. The car comes back to me washed every time which I’ll miss. Everyone is pleasant. But when the 4 oil & filter changes are over I will go back to my Volvo mechanic for service. More
