My experience at IRA Subaru in Danvers was wonderful. The staff was confident, polite, and well informed. As a young female with limited knowledge of the motor vehicle industry, buying a new car can be quite staff was confident, polite, and well informed. However, the process was made comfortable for me as I was treated with respect, without judgment, in a friendly environment. Art was pleasant to work with, patient and kind, and was able to explain my options to me in terms that I can understand. The dealers were quick and efficient. I had the vehicle that I wanted (not in the lot) the day after I finalized my decision. When Eric and I reviewed the warranties and extras, I felt no pressure to buy something that I didn't want. It was simply a matter of what was available to me and what might suit my personal needs. Before I left the lot, Art came with me on a spin in the Subaru to illustrate the safety features of my new purchase (I don't remember doing that when I bought my first new vehicle), and to ensure that I was, in fact, safe to drive it. This is the second car that we have bought from Ira Subaru, but our first used one and our first time working with Art because Andy was on vacation. Andy and Art were great to work with, no pressure at Subaru, but our first used one and our first time working with Art because Andy was on vacation. Andy and Art were great to work with, no pressure at all but still you knew you were going through a business transaction. We knew the car we were interested in when we went into the dealership as Andy had pointed it out to us. So we took it out for a test drive and decided that it was the car for us. As usual, we had to go through the back and forth with Art and his managers. At first we were not even close to making the deal but the next day Art called to let us know that they had worked it out to give us a fair price for our trade. Art, Andy, the service department, Mike and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good order before we took the car home because there were some dings that the service department was going to take care of- which they did. Art also promised that he would find an owners manual that was missing from the car and get it to us. He did not have to do that but he offered it anyway. Art was a great guy to deal with and we are happy that we were able to buy another Subaru from IRA We highly recommend IRA. We are looking to get a car for our son and we will go to IRA first and probably buy there. More

I went in looking to test drive an Impreza Outback sport and ended up buying. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. There was no pressure.
