Frustrating My tpms warning light came on. Being a nervous driver, I called and asked for an appointment. Was told no appointment necessary to check this. Just d My tpms warning light came on. Got there at 615. Pulled in, told them my issue and am told we can't help you tonight. I explained I called for an appointment. Didn't matter. No one there to help. Whoever told you you could come in after 5 and get service was giving you bad info. It was your service department. On way home, car made funny noises and skidded twice. Some other light came on. Afraid to drive the car at this point. Bought it in April 2016 new. It has 8,000 miles on it. As I said, nervous driver. Don't drive much. Very frustrated. More

When I had decided I wanted the Leo patiently explained the differences of the various Subaru models & helped me determine which one was best for me. When I had decided I wanted the Impreza, Leo spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of leasing vs purchasing. He was always very patient & very helpful. Then he went above & beyond usual service in assisting in retrieving my old car from another dealership so I could use it for trade in. His level of service was amazing throughout the entire process.
