Great experience and very nice salesman. I had purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from another brand dealer not even a month prior to coming to Ira Subaru. Big mistake. I had that car for a month with nonstop problems and trips to the dealer before they bought it back to save the hassle. I found a 2017 Manual Subaru Crosstrek at Ira in my price range and decided to go in and check it out. I had to drive an hour to see it, but that is the price if wanting a manual transmission these days. My wife and I went and test drove with Jean Pierre El Hachem and had a great experience. We made a deal and scheduled a time for it to be delivered to New Hampshire to complete the sale. Everything went very smooth and I have been happy with my vehicle so far! More

We checked out all the cars we thought we might buy at the auto show. Subaru won, we liked the Forester. We have done business with Ira in Toyota in the past. After checking out their inventory on their sight we went and test drove one at Ira Subaru. Liked it, sails man gave us a price. $3500.00 more than the advertised price on their web site. We were told we needed a trade worth that much to get the "Ira's Best Price" We will never buy a car from Ira Subaru. Just for the record that kind of pricing is illegal. More

Quick & Easy Went in today for my oil change/tire rotation appointment and Jake met me right away, got me in & set my car up for service and when I asked about add Went in today for my oil change/tire rotation appointment and Jake met me right away, got me in & set my car up for service and when I asked about adding on a detail, was able to set me up with the right type of detail service for me for the day. Went home and he called me almost 2 1/12 hours later letting me know it was ready to go. Picking up my car was super easy and quick even though I spent almost half an hour having a laugh with him and the service manager, wish I got his name. First time there & definitely not my last :) More

Do not buy a used car from this dealer I purchased a used car from this dealership on July 19th. Less than an hour after I drove it off the lot the AC broke - turned out to be the compresso I purchased a used car from this dealership on July 19th. Less than an hour after I drove it off the lot the AC broke - turned out to be the compressor. I probably should have attempted to get a refund right then and there, but I did not want the hassle so I gave them the car back and they gave me a loaner for about 5-6 days. Around 35 days after they delivered the car to me the ABS, ACS, 4-wheel drive and a couple other unidentifiable lights started coming on while I was driving it. (Mass state law requires a 30 day warranty on used cars). I took it back to Ira, around 45 days after having the car in the hopes they might cut me a break on the repairs. The kept my car there all day (even though I had an appointment), and at 5pm I called to inquire on the status and was told they did not have the necessary parts. I picked it up that night rather than leave it there, so I could take it to work the next day. I went another day and a half before getting a quote on the price to repair, and it turned out to be $1,300-$1,400. At that point I had already been quoted $825 at Firestone down the street. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. More
