Our initial experience was not great. We drove 45 mins to see a car that your internet sales person said was available only to find out that it wasn't. We felt bait and switch but Jean Pierre went over an to see a car that your internet sales person said was available only to find out that it wasn't. We felt bait and switch but Jean Pierre went over and above to help us feel better. He even offered to reimburse us for our gas for driving up! That's when we knew we were working with someone who cared about the experience and not just the money. In the end we were able to come to agreement on another vehicle that my wife is thrilled with. While we got a good deal on a used Subaru and were happy with our sales rep. Jeanne Pierre once the sale was made the customer service went down hill fast. Waited 4 days to get finance information despi with our sales rep. Jeanne Pierre once the sale was made the customer service went down hill fast. Waited 4 days to get finance information despite multiple phone calls. The web site clearly states that due to Covid 19 they will deliver purchased vehicle to your home but when this service was requested we were told that we are no longer in a pandemic. Really, all those masks and social distancing fooled me. If this service is not offered then please don't advertise it. Lastly, there is no owner's manual with the car. I have never bought a used car without this being in the glove box. More

I only gave it 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Lured into the showroom by Internet showperson. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Promised that as a former customer they would do everything to make great price to ge into the showroom by Internet showperson. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. The ignorant salesperson refused to even acknowledge the existence of Subaru holdback program which was confirmed and detailed by another dealership. Initially offered an insulting $4K allowance for my vehicle, while CarMax confirmed offer of $10,400. Inflated Dealer Prep Fees, Slimy sales tactics. Made me remember why I abandoned this dealership for the purchase of my last car. More

Once there, we were able to take the vehicle to our mechanic with no problems with our salesman. After another week and a half of waiting for it to be serviced after putting a down payment on it we were told the car was being sold to wholesale due to damages. Our salesman Jack Jiminez was very professional and friendly and of course this was out of his control. Ira Subaru wasted a month of my time by posting a car that wasn't even serviced yet. Would not recommend buying used cars here. This was completely the fault of Ira's management by posting an unserviced car. Would not recommend any used sales here. More

He was even accommodating when I had to leave to put our 1 year old daughter down for her afternoon nap. He took car of all the paperwork and made sure everything was all-set for when I returned. I went home in the Forester I test drove that very same day! I love my new car! It’s my first new car purchase and my first Subaru purchase. I will definitely be back to Ira in the future!
