Buying from this dealership in January has been such a headache. For making such a big purchase, the customer service experience has been completely disappointing, transactional and the ball was dropped m headache. I have a deep Paranoia that I was sold a car that will malfunction soon. Rosco has ‘tried’ to make it right but unfortunately it’s been one disappointment after the other and I’ve been extremely patient. Here are only some of the experiences I had with them. 1. Sold the car with a dead battery which they replaced. 2. I was told the starter of the car going to go out soon by a mechanic. 3. I’m afraid there are potential engine problems that will come up to the surface in the future. 3. My title of the car was never given to the lender. It’s been 3 months. 4. Communication in the company is disorganized and it’s painful to get someone to call me back. I have to hound folks to even get a message across. 5. Unsatisfactory service work completed had to return multiple times to have an issue fixed. Had to speak with a new manager multiple times. Their work was overpriced and completed incorrectly. I was so unhappy with the service I received that I took it to a competing Subaru dealership to verify the work completed. The other Subaru dealership quoted me for less, without revealing the price points for the service in advance. They could have done the work at a lower cost and with the correct parts. Ira Subaru will cut corners and overcharge you. I've been going to IRA Subaru for service for a while, and they completely lost my trust and business. Price shop your service before having it completed if you can wait to get the work done and you will see their true nature. It's also against Subaru employees to tell you to leave "positive" reviews...which they have attempted to suggest multiple times prior to this service visit. More
This was the worst experience I have ever had with with a dealership. I sent an online inquiry which they immediately replied to. I set an appointment to come in and test drive the next day. The initial meeting was already rocky, but I put a refundable deposit on it because the car supposedly needed to go to the shop and the I would be able to purchase it a couple days later. Well, almost a month later of unreturned phone calls, new excuses about titles, and false deadlines I finally asked for my money back. CHRIS SHIELDS, my sales woman, starts YELLING at me and trying to gaslight me and straight lies about what actually occurs and what she told me about the situation. She was so rude, loud, condescending and the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience with Ira Subaru was. Their phone systems are so bad I couldn't even get through to management to report CHRIS SHIELDS. I ended up buying a way better car for cheaper through Car Max in Danvers. They were amazing. Highly recommend them! More

Many places I’ve gone are extremely condescending to a small female like me, even when you know your stuff, and I never once got that impression here. Highly recommend coming here for service. More
If I could give zero star, I would. My husband purchased two used vehicles in September 2021. We worked with the Sales rep Leo. Everything went well with the sale. However, less than a month after, there was a problem with the 2016 Honda Civic brakes. Both my husband and I called the Servicing Department. We were told by two separate employees to take the vehicle to a Honda Dealership as Ira Subaru was not equipped to take care of the Honda Civic brakes. Since my husband was moving out of state the next day, he wanted to ensure the vehicle was in proper working condition for our daugher who remained behind for college. He spent $647.41 to repair the brakes at the Honda Dealership in Lynn, MA. When we later spoke with the Sales Rep and Servicing Dept. at Ira Subaru, Danvers, MA nothing was done to reimburse us the out-of-pocket expenditure for the Honda Civic brakes repair. I emailed Rafael Ortiz who said in and email response October 13, 2021 that he would pass the information on to the General Manager. To date, we have had no email or phone response. Since this is a matter of integrity on Ira Subaru's part, we would like to be reimbursed the full amount spent to repair the Honda Civic brakes about two weeks after purchasing this vehicle. My email address and phone number remains the same. Would someone contact me regarding this matter. I wouid be happy to forward a copy of the receipt. I updated my rating from one star to three star because Jeff Lubas followed through on reimbursing the funds for the out-of-pocket expenditure. Kimberly assured us it was and quite curtly told us that she wouldn't sell a car that had an appt. we showed up to be told by rich that there was someone working a deal but, if it fell through, the car was ours. when we returned from the road test, we were informed the car had been sold. the sales managers response? "we're not a holding facility " and regardless of our appt, the person that walked in off the street was allowed to buy the car we were scheduled for. unscrupulous and unprofession More
