I came in today for an oil change and basic service, added a few standard service items and it took over 3 hours which I think is absurd More

While it is true I added on some minor additional service, I just checked my email and the request to approve those additional services came in 90 minutes after I had already been waiting and my appointment time. So, I assume my car wasn’t looked at until long after I arrived. The additional services were brake fluid change and an alignment, in addition to the oil change I came in for. I was there over 3 hours and had made an appointment a week in advance.

Had recall for CX 9 several service advisor s had no idea of recall. Left message with service manager.. no call back.. finally got an advisor that was aware of recall( he reads his emails) very frustrating More
