I bought a new Mazda 3i at Mazda Gallery in Norwood in 2006 and have always used their service department which I think is outstanding. This time I dealt with new people but felt completely reassured that the department's policy of providing quality attention and consideration of their customers' needs has been maintained. My service advisor, Evan Folsom, did all that he could to apply whatever discounts were available and went above and beyond, along with Steve (?) the mechanic who worked on my car, to give careful, useful, and well explained advice. Since I had to replace my tires and front brakes, which I had feared might be the case, I greatly appreciated the extra time Evan took investigating options for me and the patience he showed listening to all my questions, making sure I got a loaner car for the night, and at the end personally helping to clean the windows and even remove some gum that someone had stuck on my door in a parking lot. I highly recommend Mazda Gallery for their reliable, courteous, and professional care. More

The only thing I can think of they thought I was too young and not going to buy a car that day. Paul and Yan gave me a great deal on a brand new 2010 Mazda Speed. Paul k was a consumate professional and answered very question I had along with my father and younger brother. When we had to wait a few minutes to see the finance manager because it was busy he showed us a tour of their underground garage where they store their cars which was cool. Paul and Yan were great and would recommned them to mu freinds and family to see them when looking for a new or preowned car. More
Went in to test drive a Used Mazda 3 I saw on their webpage. Paul met me we test drove the car went over the car tooth and nail to make sure everything was working. Janice was fantastic, and really worked with me, instead of just trying to "sell" me on the car. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she made sure that everything was fully disclosed and that I of just trying to "sell" me on the car. We were in the market for a used car and decided to check out a 2006 Mazda 6 Hatchback that was advertised at Mazda Gallery. After test driving the vehicle, we did the numbers, including a trade-in and feel that we got a very fair deal in our purchase. The things that made the difference with us was there were no games played, no smoke and mirrors. Everything was up front and put together in a very timely manner that facilitated the deal and got us the car we wanted, at a fair price. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, even returning some personal property that was left in the traded vehicle. Much appreciated. We'll be back! More
I would HIGHLY recommend Doug Clark at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood. We bought a car from him 8 years ago and then last week suddenly found ourselves needing a new car. We were dreading the process as we began shopping around, and were delighted to find that Doug was still there. He was a joy to work with, not like other car salesmen we've met, very fair and honest and worked with us to give us a fantastic price. We had much worse experiences at other dealerships where we felt we were being given the run around, not getting clear answers to our questions and feeling like we were at the mercy of slick sales practices. Not so with Doug. Honestly, my husband and I couldn't believe how easy and fun he made it for us to buy our new car! He is a great guy and we are very glad to have found him. Hopefully someone else can benefit from this tip, as I know how frustrating and stressful car shopping can be! More

We made appointment to demo a car and had to wait 45 minutes before the keys were put in our hands when we were walking out of the dealership, asked for help from two "managers" and they would not do an minutes before the keys were put in our hands when we were walking out of the dealership, asked for help from two "managers" and they would not do anything. When trying to do a deal on-line we made an offer and got a prompt response but no counter offer...it took three emails to get a number out of these people but the real number was an additional $299 fee they inserted at the end...this is the typical auto dealer tactic most people want to avoid. When requesting a different color than what they had on their lot we were told there was no dealer nearby with the color we wanted so they couldn't do a swap...guess what? We bought from Wellesley Mazda, got the color we wanted with a very good price (much lower than these guys) and fair value in trade, they immediately agreed to terms without haggling and the paperwork processing and drive away took 45 minutes max! Please do not go to this dealer for a new car purchase. The sales person we dealt with was very nice and accomodating but the finance department is horrible. We are still trying to get paper work straightened out that the financing person, George Sarkis, admittedly messed up. It's been 3 months since we took the new car home! It's been impossible to get calls back from voicemails left with both George and Tom McDonald the manager. The customer service is terrible. I have experience with the BMW Gallery next door and was elated with my purchase and the customer service I received there, I thought that it being the same ownership that the level of customer service would be the same. I was very mistaken. If you like Mazda, go somewhere else! More
