I made an appointment to see a specific car at this location. I made the appointment right before they closed on a Friday and had an appointment for 10am on a Saturday that they confirmed. We got there location. I made the appointment right before they closed on a Friday and had an appointment for 10am on a Saturday that they confirmed. We got there at 9:45 and as soon as we walk in they tell us to take a seat. When they have a sales rep come over to us he didn’t even know which car that we had scheduled to test drive and was very unorganized. Then, eventually he looks it up and comes over to us and tells us it just sold. Given that the dealership opened at 9am I don’t believe it sold that morning. We drove over 45 minutes to see this one car and I am very frustrated they didn’t give us a courtesy call to tell us that it was no longer available. It gives the impression that this was a bait and switch and they just wanted to get us in the door and try to sell us something else. Makes me never want to go back. More

To get things out of the way, buying a car is just going to suck in general but Ira Mazda makes it chill and very clear. The salespeople are all extremely charismatic and friendly as they should be namely J to suck in general but Ira Mazda makes it chill and very clear. The salespeople are all extremely charismatic and friendly as they should be namely Jamahl, that guy is a rockstar. Each associate tries to be as transparent as they can but it's still up to the consumer to be able to make their own informed decision at the end of the day. The facilities are clean, nice, and comfortable. Even though I spent all day there waiting to buy the car (they were swamped) the time I spent was productive and got me in my new car pretty fast. I had a registration issue but was taken care of by Jamahl and the rest of the team. They managed to keep their promise and get me in my car the day I needed it. Keep up the great work! More

Went in for an oil change at 25k miles and they tried to sell a $650 maintained package for 30k. Also made an appointment online and still waited 2 hours just for the oil change. I was told there were 13 cars ahead of me and it would be 2 hours I asked why did I even have an appointment and the appointment is only to talk to the guy at the task about the maintained not and not actually have your car worked on. Wasted an afternoon. They ultimately comped my oil change but terrible system and very salesly. More
