I liked Mazda Gallery as soon as I walked in the door. No pressure. I didn't have an overly hyper, fake smile wearing salesman chomping at the bit to see how quickly they could get me into a car. I was asked if I needed help, told the gentleman what I was looking for, and he pointed me to the car on showroom floor. He said simply, "Take a look. Let us know if you have any questions." As soon as I saw the CX-5, I was sold on the car. I asked to speak to a salesman. Brian Ciavola came over, talked to me about the car, and never once tried to push me into anything. I told him I was doing my homework....just test driving. We drove a 2013 but Brian explained that 2014's were coming out soon. They more horsepower and price difference was minimal. I called Brian a couple of weeks later to see if the 2014's were in. I went back, drove the newer version, loved it, and Brian, along with his sales manager, worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at price that I was comfortable with, despite not having stellar credit. I ended up leasing a 2014 CX-5 Touring Edition and couldn't be happier. I've already recommended Brian and Mazda Gallery to a few friends who mentioned they may start car shopping. As long as Mazda has a model that fits my needs, Brian Ciavola and Mazda Gallery have a dedicated customer. More
I leased a Mazda6 from Mazda Gallery last week, and I would recommend them. I contacted a number of other dealers for leasing quotes on the cars I was considering to replace my Saab: the Mazda6 and the would recommend them. I contacted a number of other dealers for leasing quotes on the cars I was considering to replace my Saab: the Mazda6 and the VW Passat. Of the dealers that bothered to respond, only Mazda Gallery gave me all the information I requested upfront. Not only that, they delivered on what they promised and, as a bonus, beat the local high-volume, high-pressure Mazda dealer on price. I'll put it this way: Mazda Gallery has no quirks. There were a couple of slight snags in the process, but they were handled professionally and in my favor. My sales person was Janice Walker and she was personable, professional and knowledgable. The car was delivered on time, perfectly clean and with a full tank of gas. I can't complain about any aspect of the deal or the buying process, and I love my new Mazda6. There are still a surprising number of dealerships that operate with the same old, same old cloak and dagger, bait and switch, lemme-talk-to- my-manager BS. It seems that Mazda Gallery has moved beyond that, to a simpler, customer friendly way of doing business. They deserve your consideration if you're looking to buy a new Mazda. More

My wife and I specifically wanted a Mazda. We had spoken with a few other dealers in our area and found Mazda Gallery and in particular, Doug to be the most informed and considerate. Levi had filled in Doug's absence and was no less capable. We cannot say enough about Paul Valenti. He worked very diligently and honestly to assist us in the financing and ultimately put us in a car which we feel is perfect. I would say that I equate buying a car with having root canal therapy. Those noted had made our experience excellent. The representatives at Mazda Gallery were courteous, thoughtful, attentive and understanding. I would heartily recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

My wife and i had seen a reveiw of the mazda CX5 in a local newspaper and went along to Mazda Gallery to check it out to be honest we were expecting the usual car salesman treatment which had turned us o local newspaper and went along to Mazda Gallery to check it out to be honest we were expecting the usual car salesman treatment which had turned us off so many times before at other dealerships and to our surprise Brian Ciavloa treated us with respect, courtesy and helped us in many ways to understand what the CX5 was all about even after we indicated that we had other makes and models of vehicles we needed to check out before we would make a buying decision nromally with car salesmen this is the time they turn up the pressure and try to prevent you leaving but again brian was understanding and invited us back at our leasure after we had checked out the competition. When we did go back and announced our intention to buy he again was the epitomy of proffesionalism and helped us correctly through the many options and models of CX5 available only to find that they did not have what we wanted in stock so he went to check what they had coming in and that was where we found the exact spec we wanted so the deal was made and i should add this was the most enjoyable part of the whole experience no haggling we even got what we wanted for our trade in so overall I would reccomend this dealership and Brian Ciavola in particular to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. I came into Mazda Gallery after having had a poor experience at another dealership. Immediately, Brian introduced himself and asked how he could help. Brian insisted and said, I think he is in a meeting (I was early for my appointment) but seriously, I have all the time in the world to help. Reluctantly I went over to his desk and began to chat with him. Brian and I had a great conversation in which I explained the run around I had gone through with the previous dealer. Brian was so understanding and so genuine. He was friendly and treated me like I was the only person in the dealership. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs were. After explaining exactly what I wanted, he said - let me make sure I can make that happen. He went to check the stock and came back with multiple options to look at. We looked at a few and then went to the car to check it out. While out there, Brian was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand. After deciding this was the vehicle I wanted, Brian and I proceeded inside to talk about pricing. While this vehicle was in my price range, I wanted to add a few options and was worried about my credit. Brian was able to get me a great deal and work with the business manager to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Brian consistently asked if I wanted anything to make me more confortable – at one point he even pulled a granola bar out of his desk and offered it to me. After finalizing the paperwork with the bank, we decided that I’d come pick up the vehicle on the following Monday. When I returned to the dealership on Monday and there was a problem with my car insurance company. I was waiting on a signature from them, that without, I could not take delivery of the vehicle. Brian worked with me for an additional 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. At one point, he even got on the phone with the insurance company to remind them that I was their customer and that their service was a disgrace. After working diligently and literally running to get the plates installed on the vehicle, I was able to take home my new Mazda Cx-5. There is no doubt that I would not be driving this vehicle today without the help of Brian Ciavola. His customer service is at the very top tier of service I’ve ever received. His personality, character, and compassion is a great asset to Mazda Gallery. I will sure to come visit Brian again and have already recommended him to multiple family members and friends looking for a new vehicle. More
