An exceptional car buying experience can be found here I sought to purchase a compact SUV, the Mazda CX-5 seemed like a good fit so I came to the Mazda Gallery. While the dealer was not the closest to me, I sought to purchase a compact SUV, the Mazda CX-5 seemed like a good fit so I came to the Mazda Gallery. While the dealer was not the closest to me, they came highly recommended. As time is so precious these days, after 10 minutes at the dealer I confirmed it was a wise decision. While price was not my key focus, the vehicle fit for my purpose was. Brian Ciavolo, my sales consultant LISTENED to what my needs were, presented options, and clarified differences between trim levels and option packages. This was critical to identifying the right vehicle. I would normally never say price wasn't my concern to a sales consultant for any purchase but Brian's genuine disposition and commitment to finding the right fit for me was obvious from the start and clearly took precedence over a quick sale. I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need and in fact he talked me out of buying something I wouldn't use. It's important to note I came to the dealer with a clear understanding of my trade-in's value, my credit score, and my specific needs in a new vehicle. It took longer for me to decide on a color than it did to perform the transaction because the bureaucracy and games were removed from the process. My only regret is not every thing I seek to purchase can be this way. More

Brian apoligized for this but it's an important part of customer service to keep your promise to call someone even if it is just to say you have no new infomation. Other than this small incident, this was a very good experience. Thanks again! More

In my experiences up and down the auto mile in Norwood, others did not fail to live up to their "assertive" reputation. But, then we came to Brian Ciavola at the Mazda Gallery. His straight up, informative, family-man sales style was just what we were looking for. He gave us great options, took us for multiple test drives, worked hard to get us a great deal, and explained everything in easy-to-understand detail. He was forthright but not pushy. He inspired confidence and built rapport with both of us, and that is why we came back to buy from him that very same day. I would recommend Brian to any of my friends and family for their next purchase and will enjoy the car he sold us for years to come. More
Saw GREAT price on a 2013 model on their site. Inquired about it, and then got LOTS of emails from people there trying to get me to come in.... I was hesitant. It is out of the way for me, and I was concer about it, and then got LOTS of emails from people there trying to get me to come in.... I was hesitant. It is out of the way for me, and I was concerned they wouldn't give me my best trade value on my Highlander. Steve convinced me to come in saying they work with Toyota dealerships all the time on trades, and are very fair. So, I came in, my salesman was very nice, and I loved the car... it was all going very well.... Until it wasn't... their advertised price included all kinds of rebates, hey, I don't have a problem with that, but be honest and show it on your website. So the actual price was higher than the advertised price(deceptive), AND they were offering me $2000 less than kbb on my trade.... so much for fair trade. Steer clear of this dealership, just more sleazy car sales tactics here. More

After the repairs necessary on my 2005 Jetta were completely out of the realm of reasonable, it was gravely apparent that I was in need of a new car. And as I am in sales myself, I had only 72 hours completely out of the realm of reasonable, it was gravely apparent that I was in need of a new car. And as I am in sales myself, I had only 72 hours to pick out a car and get back to work by Monday! The dealership who initially accepted my trade-in made me feel insignificant and foolish. So, I Uber'ed my way down to Mazda Gallery where I met Brian Ciavola. His energy immediately put me at ease and I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me or belittle my inexperience with car purchasing. Brian's demeanor and style was exactly what I needed to know that I wasn't interested in buying a vehicle from any other dealership. The mantra that all car salesmen are scum doesn't apply to Brian - even though I'm a woman, my money is still green, and he treated me with the utmost respect. I appreciated his sincere interest in helping me through a really stressful situation. Completely contrary to his competition, Brian let me think about my decision overnight and, come Monday, I showed up looking for the keys to a new Mazda 6. I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mazda Gallery based solely upon my experience with Brian and the team. George Rizkalla, the business manager, even spent a little extra time with me in the financial department to offer additional advice - above and beyond customer service.
