The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. W The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. When they did estimate on my car I show them that I have additional radio auxiliary system and USB car charger extender. I came to pick my car back on sunday, and I find out that radio auxiliary system and charger was missing, wires was cuted. I report to top manager and he stated he does know how it happen and he can not help me. He was very unfriendly and rude to me. That's how they treat their customers. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!! More

I gave this rating for they were remarkable on getting us in that car that day and they did. The only down side is the bickering of negotiating and sitting around a car dealership(all dealerships not just th in that car that day and they did. When I first bought my new car it was the same thing about 5 hours in a dealership, nothing to trade just 5 hours, this time I traded, for a used vehicle and it was like buying brand new and sitting for 4 hours! Maybe someone will change this, and let the salesman sell instead of going through every Tom, Dick and Harry! It is really an uncomfortable feeling! More
I first wanted to say that I LOVE my new 2012 Mazda CX-9 that Brian sold me! After a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunications and issues beyond Brian’s control after my first visit, he called me that Brian sold me! After a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunications and issues beyond Brian’s control after my first visit, he called me to say he wanted to make things right for me and encouraged me to come back in. Since my initial experience and test drive with him was so positive, I went back in to give it another go. Brian is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the brand and is definitely a “car guy” but explains everything easily – he’s purchased 27 cars over the course of his life…(and he’s maybe 32 years old)…so he’s been a customer as well as a sales person and will tell you like it is. Most importantly he sells Mazdas because he believes in them, stands behind them and loves driving them himself. Being someone who does not typically enjoy the car buying experience myself, all of that went a long way with making me feel comfortable. Then when the car that I had test-driven and wanted to buy, was sold before I could put the offer in, Brian went out of his way to find the same car elsewhere and surprised me with a few extras! That was in addition to the accessories he had given me to make up for the issue in the beginning! The relationship isn't over after the papers are signed either - when I picked up the car a few days later Brian spent over an hour going through every detail of the car and answered all of my questions. They also send you on your way with a full tank of gas and the first oil change is on them. I later found out how small a world it was when my co-worker told me she had purchased a Mazda a few months prior and when we started talking, realized we had gone to the same dealership and she had purchased her car from Brian too....and they had a great experience as well! (The Mazda Gallery isn't even the closest Mazda dealership to either of our houses but they gave me the best feeling.....and the others don't have Brian). Sincerely, Jenn P. More

My wife and I were referred to Harshene Cunningham of Mazda Gallery through the Costco Auto Program. The dealership looked very clean, well put together, and when we arrived, everyone said hello with a Mazda Gallery through the Costco Auto Program. When we sat down with Harshene he explained the Costco program, which was pretty simple, and he was very helpful in assisting us in our final determination of the vehicle and accessories we wanted. The car arrived at the dealer in the specified time given. When we went back to pick it up, and I believe this is the most important part, Harshene went through every detail of the vehicle with the focus on my wife since the vehicle was for her. My wife appreciated that very much considering most men usually gravitate toward another males when talking about cars. After he was done going over the vehicle Harshene took us for a tour through the dealership and service department. He showed us how to drop off the vehicle for service and introduced us to the people who would be helping out along the way. Harshene made this car buying experience the most pleasant transaction we have ever had. More
When we entered the Mazda Gallery, Doug Clark was friendly and knowledgeable. He went with my family to test drive a 2014 Mazda 6 Sport model and then let us test drive a few other Mazda 3s on our ow friendly and knowledgeable. He went with my family to test drive a 2014 Mazda 6 Sport model and then let us test drive a few other Mazda 3s on our own. In his office the family discussed the options while Doug patiently listened to our situation that we needed a car within a week, but he didn't have the Mazda 6 Sport in red that we wanted. He then spent hours and days searching other dealers for us, but no luck. At the end of the week Doug was honest about the situation, then I asked about the red 2014 Grand Touring models for sale (for a lot more money) and in short, I named a price I felt good about and Doug was able to make it happen, no pressure, no hidden fees. More
