I originally had a 2015 GMC Terrain that was getting up there in miles. And recently got into an accident and the damaged cost more than the car itself. So it was time to start the daunting process of car shopping. I started at NuCar Honda and didn't find anything I loved. And then knew through my research my heart was set on a Mazda. I found Ira Mazda. My husband and I were warmly greeted. We worked with David Haynes he was respectful and patience with us having gone car shopping with our 2 year old toddler. (Bad Idea!) He made sure to check on cars I liked. I drove a CX5 and then my top choice CX30. We went for test drive and had nice conversation. No high pressure sales guy! Came back to show room to overtired toddler who was working off 15min nap and goldfish. Sadly we had to leave last night toddler over shoulder. He gave me his card. New day... Today we came back refreshed David texted promptly came in to help us on a Sunday! I did ALOT online to speed up the process. He talked us through it all. Again very respectful and patient! We then met with finance manager Ramone he was super chill and relaxed. He explained things I didn't fully understand and again had patience with us signing paper with a 2 year old singing and drawing. The whole process start to finish was a breeze! I will be in the Mazda family for a long time! My friend is also looking for a new car and I will highly recommend who we worked with! I can't wait to drive my brand new car! More

They don't seem to have it together at all here, get your car serviced at a different Mazda dealership. We went in for a pretty simple fender liner fix. They ended up only replacing half of it because th car serviced at a different Mazda dealership. We went in for a pretty simple fender liner fix. They ended up only replacing half of it because they didn't realize the other half was missing (which should have been a red flag). They assured us that they would have the correct part and fix it quickly next time. We came the next week, waited 3 hours and then found out they ordered the wrong part. We were again assured they would have the correct part and a loaner vehicle for us given the two visits. For our *third* visit for the same issue, we arrived to find out there was no loaner and could not reach any of the service advisors or managers that we worked with, so we left. We left a phone message for our advisor and the service manager and it was never returned. We ended up having to go to a different Mazda dealer, where it should be fixed extremely easily — there's too many other Mazda service centers around Boston to go to this one. More

Ira Mazda is the best place we serviced our Mazda this far. Staff is super friendly, professional, accommodating and ready to answer any questions.
