They do good work, but two issues this visit. First, after my car was ready they offered to do a complimentary wash, and told me to arrive a little later to allow time for that. I allowed another 10-15 minutes on top of what they had recommended, and the car hadn't even made it to the wash. Not a big issue, but it would nice to complete what was promised. More problematic was the explanation of costs. I had an oil change, battery terminal cleaning and valve gasket replacement. I was charged 1.6 hours for the service of the gasket alone. However, My car was ready 1.33 hours after I brought it in (they mark the times). At their dealership labor rates, that's not an insignifcant amount. The explanation I received was "we charge it out at 1 1/2 hours no matter how long it takes." I'm sorry, but that just doesn't seem fair to me - I don't mind paying the labor rate for work well done, but I do mind paying for time not used. More

Was told it would take 2,5 hours for an oil change. I have as asked if I wanted to reschedule. Coming 20 miles no I did not want to do that. Ended up taking 1.75 hours. Unacceptable.
