Brought my CX-5 in for 75,000 mile check up, they provided me with a loaner car and about an hour after I left I received a text with a video of the technician who was working in my car, he pointed o provided me with a loaner car and about an hour after I left I received a text with a video of the technician who was working in my car, he pointed out several mechanical items in great, good and poor shape. He zoomed in on the poor item and explained to me what was wrong and what would happen if left unfixed. Below is the written write up ai also received of issue. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER REAR SIDE CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS ARE TEARING. WILL EVENTUALLY NEED TO REPLACE. I felt very informed to make the right decision. We had a great experience at Ira with our recent purchase of a CX-90. Dourvens was friendly and engaging and answered all of our questions about the car's features and the buying process. Overall, it was an excellent sales experience from the initial scheduling to picking up the car with two impatient and energetic young kids. We traveled further for Ira, and I'm so glad we did.
