I worked with Justin Lotter on the purchase of my new CX-5, and the entire experience was excellent. The pricing and process were completely transparent, and I ended up paying significantly less than I w CX-5, and the entire experience was excellent. I made an appointment with the dealership to test drive a used vehicle on Tuesday evening for Thursday morning at 10:00 AM. On Wednesday evening I contacted the dealership and asked if I could change the app used vehicle on Tuesday evening for Thursday morning at 10:00 AM. On Wednesday evening I contacted the dealership and asked if I could change the appointment to Friday morning at 10:00AM and they confirmed that I could test drive the vehicle on Friday morning. I arrived at the scheduled time on Friday and I was told that the vehicle was sold 4 days ago (Monday). So they made an appointment with me for a vehicle that they had already sold and they confirmed the appointment two days after they sold it. I must say that it felt like a bait and switch to me when they immediately tried to sell me a different vehicle. This dealership is either poorly run or they can’t be trusted. More
