I had an excellent experience at Ira Mazda during my recent visit for diagnostic testing on my navigation system. I was provided with a complimentary rental, which made it perfectly convenient to contin recent visit for diagnostic testing on my navigation system. I was provided with a complimentary rental, which made it perfectly convenient to continue with my daily routine without disruption —grocery shopping, daycare pick up/drop off, running errand, work & etc. When I returned to pick up my car, it was washed, vacuumed, and ready to go—such a wonderful touch. I also truly appreciated that all the representatives were on the same page; thanks to their note system, I didn’t have to repeat my situation multiple times. The service was seamless, professional, and thoughtful. They offer to carry my son’s car seat to my vehicle and were very helpful. I mentioned how much I liked the rental and the rep informed anytime I am ready for a trade to come back. Thank you so much to the Ira Mazda team—I’ll definitely be back again, as always! More

Service was pretty good. They told me I needed a cabin filter. I did not want to pay $40 for them to put it in so I bought one to do myself.
