When I arrived Jennifer Perry Assistant service manager was welcoming and got all paper work signed quickly knowing I had a doctors appointment to get to. When I got into the loaner car it was filthy, was welcoming and got all paper work signed quickly knowing I had a doctors appointment to get to. When I got into the loaner car it was filthy, there was used Kleenex in the side door, the car had no gas red light came on. The car was dirty inside and out. I went to locate Jennifer she called a manager over right away and they gave me another car quickly as possible Jennifer was apologetic and accommodating Jennifer made sure my car was worked on in a timely manner.
