I was made to wait for almost a month without any clear communication or updates, and even after all that, there wasn’t the slightest acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The communication with the dealer was equally frustrating—disorganized, unresponsive, and lacking basic courtesy. It felt as though my time and interest in making a purchase were not valued at all. Buying a car should be an exciting and smooth process, but this experience was anything but that. I strongly recommend avoiding IRA Toyota if you’re looking to buy a car. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values customer service and respects your time. This was truly a disappointing and unprofessional experience. More
