I lost money on my trade of course...budged very little. Bought a used truck, needed a window seal, and a new fuel pump. The service dept. completed all the work in a timely manner. Before I took delivery they said it needed a new battery and put one in, and I had to drive cycle it for 50 miles before they would put an unrestricted inspection sticker on the vehicle, fine. The very next day and every day after that the vehicle would not start on the first turn of the key while cold, but started on the second turn without fail...fuel pump, they replaced. They give me a loaner vehicle with no fuel in it. I also noticed a 2k mile discrepency between the trip odometer and the regular odometer (the trip odometer had never been reset and had 2k more miles than the odometer. The service department took it upon themselves to reset the trip odometer and the dealership told me to screw on getting anything out of them as a feel good. ie.) extended warranty. Now a week after the fuel pump replaced the battery looses enough charge to turn the engine very slowly, even after sitting for only an hour. Go new or go home. More

This wide variety of Super Duties gave me so many options. My salesman, Elmer, answered all of my questions honestly and highly factual. I had finally picked out the perfect truck for myself. The price they presented me was the best I had seen all day. They even offered me an price for my trade which I would have never been offered any where else. I would be glad to do business with a Dealership who gave fair prices and had pleasant salesmen. I ended up buying the truck and trading my old vehicle for a great number. The Langway Ford experience is the right way to buy a car! Everything they did, even down to the smallest detail was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone! Great prices, nice people and a "no game" way of business is what made me a fan of Langway Ford. More
I called the dealership to get a price on a new Ford truck. The general manager, Harold, answered my phone call and gave me a price on the truck that I had found online. This was the third dealership th truck. The general manager, Harold, answered my phone call and gave me a price on the truck that I had found online. This was the third dealership that I had called and the only dealership that was willing to quote me over the phone without giving me the third degree. The price quoted was $11,000.00 off the list price. That evening I drove to the dealership to finalize the deal and everything was just as Harold had said. No games, No gimmicks, just a great experience. I am now a big fan of Langway Ford! More
I would definitely have recommended this dealer as their prices are great, salesmen not pushy, and the secretaries are super! HOWEVER, I bought a SUV and signed all the paper work within 2 hours but they made me wait 6 hours before leaving. They requested a phone call from my bank, which they got, then that seemed not good enough, then they needed a form, which they received except for there was a mispelled word on it. So I had to wait two more hours for another form. THIS IS ALL AFTER THEY HAD MY MONEY, I SIGNED ALL MY PAPERWORK AND MY TAGS WERE ON THE NEW VEHICLE. The sales manager is a jerk. I have bought collectively 8 cars (5 for myself) in 4 years and this by far was the worst experience ever. They did not know how to transfer tags, I left without paying taxes, and still 4 days later I have nothing to allow me to drive this car in my yard. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. My salesman stated "I want to go home, because this is out of control". The sales man was perfect. And JoAnne is the best in the accounting office. I have contacted a lawyer on this matter. Technically I owned that vehicle once all the papers were signed and my trade had no more registration. More

Langway Ford is a no haggle price dealership and is very fair with their pricing. I purchased a mint 2006 Chevy Avalanche with low miles that was just traded-in for $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 below retail depending on the source. I got a great deal on this vehicle! Most importantly, I was treated right from start to finish by George my Salesman, Brian in Finance, Pete the Sales Manager and Harold the General Manager. They are a great bunch of guys and very easy to work with. I had a few very minor issues with the vehicle and asked to have them repaired. George promised to take care of it and he did! The day I picked up my truck, Harold noticed some wear on the driver’s seat and said and I quote “this truck is to nice to have a seat looking like that, bring the truck back and I will have my seat guy repair it at no charge.” Well guess what, it was repaired and it looks like new!! Awesome job guys and thank you! I will be back and will definitely refer business your way. More
