I recently purchased a new Ford F 150 Lariat from Langway Ford. I must say it was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership in a long time .It was evident from the beginning that they trul Ford. I definitely recommend this dealership. I do not have a lot of experience when it comes to car shopping, so I was very insecure in what to get and on the whole process. I am very glad that Langway Ford was the dealership I chose. Besides the great price on the Focus I got, I was treated with a lot of respect and undivided attention. Harold took time with me to explain all the questions I had. I really appreciated the whole staff. I feel very confident now in how car buying/selling should be. Went there looking at a sports truck that caught my eye, took it for a test drive and loved it. Back at the dealership we began negotiating on my sports car as a trade, I myself was low balled ($4k under K took it for a test drive and loved it. There was no counter offer on my vehicle, instead, I was asked to put alot more money for a down payment when I informed Elmer of my financial limits. When this was stated, he told me I was clearly not interested in the vehicle and also said I was not flexible on my price. Also told me I would not find another vehicle like this in a price range similar. I then informed him of a few of the same vehicles for $4k cheaper then what they were asking. He then gave me my keys, told me I was letting this vehicle go and then walked away rather upset. Overall, I was insulted, low balled and then ridiculed for not purchasing their vehicle. More

We have been going to Jim Langway and Harold Reilly for years. We previously drove to Cape Cod to buy our cars and are excited they recently moved 10 minutes away from our house. I lost money on my trade of course...budged very little. Bought a used truck, needed a window seal, and a new fuel pump. The service dept. completed all the work in a timely manner. Before I took delivery they said it needed a new battery and put one in, and I had to drive cycle it for 50 miles before they would put an unrestricted inspection sticker on the vehicle, fine. The very next day and every day after that the vehicle would not start on the first turn of the key while cold, but started on the second turn without fail...fuel pump, they replaced. They give me a loaner vehicle with no fuel in it. I also noticed a 2k mile discrepency between the trip odometer and the regular odometer (the trip odometer had never been reset and had 2k more miles than the odometer. The service department took it upon themselves to reset the trip odometer and the dealership told me to screw on getting anything out of them as a feel good. ie.) extended warranty. Now a week after the fuel pump replaced the battery looses enough charge to turn the engine very slowly, even after sitting for only an hour. Go new or go home. More

This wide variety of Super Duties gave me so many options. My salesman, Elmer, answered all of my questions honestly and highly factual. I had finally picked out the perfect truck for myself. The price they presented me was the best I had seen all day. They even offered me an price for my trade which I would have never been offered any where else. I would be glad to do business with a Dealership who gave fair prices and had pleasant salesmen. I ended up buying the truck and trading my old vehicle for a great number. The Langway Ford experience is the right way to buy a car! Everything they did, even down to the smallest detail was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone! Great prices, nice people and a "no game" way of business is what made me a fan of Langway Ford. More
I called the dealership to get a price on a new Ford truck. The general manager, Harold, answered my phone call and gave me a price on the truck that I had found online. This was the third dealership that I had called and the only dealership that was willing to quote me over the phone without giving me the third degree. The price quoted was $11,000.00 off the list price. That evening I drove to the dealership to finalize the deal and everything was just as Harold had said. No games, No gimmicks, just a great experience. I am now a big fan of Langway Ford! More
