I just bought a New F350 Super Duty from Langway Ford, The entire staff was professional and extremely helpful. I said "give me your best price lets not play around" and they did just that, no-nonsense, no hassles no pressure. Other local dealers could not even come close (one other dealership actually told me point blank they could not compete with Langway.) The sales, finance and management staff conducted the sales process the way "I" "ME" "THE CUSTOMER" wanted it not forcing anything on me. I'm an indecisive person at times and made several trips and test drives of a number of trucks. During the entire process I always felt welcome, appreciated as a customer and experienced the old style "Customer is always right" attitude that is so hard to find these days.. I have since had several sincere follow-up calls from both Sales and Management at Langway to ensure I'm satsified and everything is as I expected. I went to Langway Ford in June 2011. I purchased a vehicle and had a fantastic experience. Through life's challenges, I went back to this dealer in February 2012. Kris Dewar, Mike Nicoletti and Brian Meola are the most fantastic sales and financing representatives that I have EVER dealt with. Extremely low pressure to buy, relaxing atmosphere and great people. Starting the first time I went there, Jim Langway was out and about of his office and introduced himself to me and made sure I was getting the help I needed. Every time I have gone there since then, he makes it a point to come out of the office to say "Hi" and How's it going?" and "is there anything we can help you with." Jim knows how to run a business and lives by the concept of "If we don't take of the customer, someone else will." The prices at Langway are something you can't even compare. I went down to a Ford dealer in New London, CT because a friend asked if I would look at a car with her and I told the dealer in NL, CT that I was in the process of buying a new vehicle as well. They said "would you like to sit down and talk numbers?" I told them that they couldn't even come close to what Langway can offer. The guy asked about the numbers and I explained them. The dealer's exact words were "How can they make money on that?" I said to them, "when they have offers that exceed all other dealers, people go to them. Yes; they have to sell more cars to make the same amount you are, but they are happy to do it and the CUSTOMER is getting the biggest benefit; a reliable vehicle at a fantastic price. Not to mention the fact that via word-of-mouth, the business gets the highest praises. No matter how many sales-papers you put an ad in, having actual experiences from 'me to you' customers is the BEST way to get repeat business. I can successfully say 2 things about this dealer: I WILL BE buying my next vehicle from them and I WOULD SUGGEST THEM TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A NEW VEHICLE WITH NO SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT IT. More

TO VIEW THE CARS WAS INTERESTED IN. HE REFERRED ME TO SALEPERSON MIKE WHEN I ARRIVED. I WAS TREATED IN A FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND LOW PRESSURE MANNER THROUGHOUT THE EXPERIENCE. I HAD APPTS TO VIEW OTHER CARS AT OTHER DEALERS AND HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING ON THE SPOT. I ENDED UP PURCHASING BECAUSE THEY RESEARCHED THE OTHER AUTOS I WAS CONSIDERING AND SHOWED ME THAT THEIR STICKER PRICE, MODEL FOR MODEL, WAS MUCH LOWER THAN THE COMPETITION. THIS, COMBINED WITH A GENEROUS TRADE ALLOWANCE MADE MY DECISION FOR ME. BRIAN AND HIS ASSOCIATE (SORRY I LOST YOUR CARD AND CAN'T RECALL YOUR NAME) WORKED WITH ME ON THE FINANCING AND OFFERED VARIOUS WARRANTY OPTIONS (WHICH I DECLINED). I HAVE BEEN BUYING CARS FOR 40 YEARS AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH LANGWAY WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. THE DEALERSHIP IS IMMACULATE, THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND THEIR SELECTION WAS EXTENSIVE AND WELL PRICED. Growing tired of owning our 2010 Toyota Corolla, and becoming more interested in test driving a new 2012 Ford Fusion, we stopped by the Langway Ford dealership to see what they had in stock and what pos becoming more interested in test driving a new 2012 Ford Fusion, we stopped by the Langway Ford dealership to see what they had in stock and what possible deal we could make with our trade. This was after test driving a new Fusion, but not actually dealing with another area Ford dealer. We stopped at Langway the day after one of those rare New England snow storms and spoke with Pete, who introduced us to Dave our salesman. We found a vehicle equipped as we wanted, Dave dug it out after cleaning off the accumulated snow, and off on a test drive we went. We decided it was what we wanted so we decided to proceed on a deal we could not refuse, as we were pleased with the Langway and Ford discounts as well as what was offered as a trade in value on our Toyota. When all was said and done, we drove home that very night with our new Fusion. I would not hesitate to recommend Langway Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

The last thing David said to us is "I know you will be back for this car" He was right. We tried Place Motors and Lamoureux Ford and a week later we were back to buy at Langway. Six months after we bought the Fusion we were back to get a 2012 Focus. I have never been happier with a dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More
