Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Spread the word! Pete Mathieu is back with Langway Ford! Good to see him working the front desk again as a sales manager! Pete has been in the automobile business for years and tho back with Langway Ford! Good to see him working the front desk again as a sales manager! Pete has been in the automobile business for years and thoroughly understands it from both the dealer and customer side! Pete trains his sales team to be open, honest and thical. He ensures all customers are treated with respect. I have read some negative reviews but everyone should understand this is a 2-way deal. If customers have unrealistic expectations about the value of their trade or demand more from a dealer than they are obligated or should provide, it will not be a good experience. Pete understands this and most importantly, makes sure his sales staff does as well. Trade values are explained and easily understandable. Dealers are not charity organizations, they need to make money to support their employees and the families they feed. Pete and his team are happy to explain how all this works. Give them a shot- I'm sure you will be as impressed as i am every time I walk in. I would never buy a vehicles from anyone other than Pete Mathieu or someone on his staff. As a fleet buyer of many vehicles, I have always appreciated the respect Pete's team has shown me. They spend as much time as needed to intelligently answer questions and offer alternatives to any equipemnt specification concern. They respect my time and don't waste it! We stopped in to see 2 cars on the lot...ended up taking 1 for a test drive and bought it....this was on a Saturday and picked the car up Monday night...they did everything! I drove over an hour to Langway Ford to lease a new 2014 Ford Escape. My experience was awesome from the time I first met the sales staff (Chris) right through finance (Justin). Chris helped me make my choice by having me test drive the vehicle and going over all its features that were similar and different from my 2011 Edge. Justin was great to work with for my financing. He made the process so easy and smooth and had all the necessary paperwork for me to sign with no hassles. Chris showed me how to use all the "bells and whistles" and I even got to drive away with my new car the same day. I would recommend Langway Ford to all my friends and anyone who would like hassle free service from a great dealership. Thanks Langway!!!! More
On Labor 2013 we purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from Langway Ford in Auburn MA. The experience was excellent - this was actually the second vehicle we purchased from Lanway Ford - the first vehicle was Langway Ford in Auburn MA. The experience was excellent - this was actually the second vehicle we purchased from Lanway Ford - the first vehicle was in October of 2010 and had a great experience then. When we met with the Finance Manager, Brian Meola, we wanted the lowest possible interest rate we could get. Brian explained in order to receive the Ford credits we had to finance with Ford Credit which was also a very good interest rate. But he said if we make 3 payments and then call him back around the end of December beginning of January timeframe he would refinance for us at a lower rate. The beginning of January 2014 I called Langway to speak with Brian and left a message for him to call me back. That night he called me and we set up an appointment a few days later to complete the refinancing. When I met with Brian, he was prepared, got us a very low rate and the refinancing was painless. He did exactly what he said he would do! It was a pleasure working with him. More

By far, this was the best auto dealer experience I've ever had. Their offer came through just as advertised and when I received their offer on my trade-in vehicle, I was very surprised to find that it e ever had. Their offer came through just as advertised and when I received their offer on my trade-in vehicle, I was very surprised to find that it exactly matched the figure I'd obtained through my pre-visit research. I was treated very fairly. This has not every been the case each time I've gone "car shopping". I have found, perhaps because I'm a woman shopping alone, that I have always been in rather contentious debates over the "bottom line". I would highly recommend Langway Ford to anyone looking for a good deal. More
