I’ve successfully and happily purchased two F150s here since 2016 and need another next year. It was great until the recent truck went in for warranty work for 6 WEEKS and NO communication. I’d call dozens of times, send emails, texts and zero responses. I was never offered a loaner, they never once kept in contact with me or apologized, I initially agreed to pay for them to do a tie rod and detail which they charged over $700 for even though the vehicle was apart. What a miserable experience, $130 for an alignment…… zero communication and absolutely zero xxxxs given… More

Services phones are always "down" and the communication sucks. They had my car over a week and didn't feel the need to call me to give me an update.
