Not only did he work diligently for four hours the day I bough the car to get me the price I could afford but he also got me out of my trade and he was able to make it a great experience. Did not have any vehicles that matched our needs. Told Elmer we were in the looking stage and did not want to be hounded. Elmer called the very next morning and apologized for the call but indicated they just received in used vehicle that almost exactly met pour request. My wife and I came up that afternoon and Elmer showed us both the car he called about and another one that also met our requirements. Elmer patiently showed us both vehicles, answered numerous questions, and in the end we purchased a nicer vehicle than expected at a price that was well within our expected range. Elmer and his colleagues at Langway were very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. More
