As I was cooling off walking through the lot, Mike asked if i needed help.I told him my story and that i was all set, just looking. He walked with me and asked and answered a few questions. There was no pressure, Mike friendly and helpful!! After a discussion of my needs he was quick to point out the perfect fit for myself, the Ford Fusion. He was able to meet my budget and I was pleasantly supprized at the price! We sat down with Brian Meola (who i have bought several vehicles from in the past, and did not know he worked here) who was very pleasant and knowledgable. I would HIGHLY recommend Langway Ford, Mike and Brian to anyone looking to purchase a car! FIVE STARS! -- Dave Katinas P.S you must be good! I NEVER write reviews.... More

More often than not the process of buying a new car can fast become a nightmare. My experience with Langway for however was just the opposite. I have to believe there was a combination of things that made fast become a nightmare. My experience with Langway for however was just the opposite. I have to believe there was a combination of things that made it that way. Cost is usually the driving factor and in this case it was most definitely a positive with Langway. During my shopping adventure I had other dealers tell me there was no way they would honor their price quote. One dealer told me to buy two at that price. Langway in every aspect lived up to their word and delivered the Ford Escape exactly as promised. More than just the dealer ship however is the sales person I dealt with. Mike Nicoletti. With people of his caliper and attitude the buying experience actually become fun. Mike was EXTREAMLY!!!!! helpful to us and his knowledge gave him to answer every question I had. He was straight forward and very attentive. With a sales person like this why would any dealer ever want more than him. He is a hustler, and a guy that will tell you the truth. He has the ability to set you at ease during the process and most of all, the ability to listen to and understand the customer. Even the finance portion was a pleasure. We had the pleasure to sit w/ Jason. Another employee that knows his job and like so few, cares about the people sitting across from him getting financing. Hats off to Langway Ford, Mike and Jason Edward Polcaro More

Within 2 hours I had a price no other Ford dealership would match. My salesman, Pete Mathieu, made the purchase of my F150 FX4 an easy and pleasurable experience. If you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle go to Langway Ford and contact Pete Mathieu. More
I drove more than an hour to visit this dealer because of the large inventory they have, including several vehicles that matched what I was looking for. Initially I spoke to Pete Mathieu on the phone. He w the large inventory they have, including several vehicles that matched what I was looking for. Initially I spoke to Pete Mathieu on the phone. He was very pleasant and helpful. I read reviews about Langway Ford before making the trip and they were all excellent, so I was confident my experience would be good. When I got there, Pete had the initial vehicle I called about waiting for a test drive. Upon entering the dealership I was approached by David Hynes. He was very friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. I'll summarize by saying David was great to work with, spending 4 hours with me to consider several different trucks. I finally settled on the truck I wanted and we sat down to discuss pricing. They appraised my trade and came back with a number lower than other dealers, but their discount for the new vehicle was better so it didn't matter much. Everything was going well, but then something strange happened. I told David I wanted to sleep on the deal to be sure I was getting into the right truck for me. I explained it had nothing to do with price and everything to do with my comfort level. He said he had to go tell his management my plan. He then came back and asked if reducing the price by another $500 would change my mind and I could take delivery of the new truck today. I said I did not want to take delivery today for several reasons (I had already been there 4 hours and had more than an hour drive home, and it would be another 1-2 hours for paperwork, prep of the new vehicle, demo of the new vehicle, emptying my trade, etc.). I then told him that if they could reduce the price basically another $500 I would at least sign the deal today. He went to his manager and came back offering to split the difference. I agreed, we shook hands, I gave him my credit card for a deposit, and I filled out a credit application while he filled out the purchase agreement. Everything was in place, and I looked at my calendar to decide on a day that would work to pick my new truck up. At that point he again stated they wanted me to take it today, and I again stated no. He left and came back with Harold Reilly. To this point, my experience had gone from great to good. But once Harold showed up it went to terrible in literally a minute. In a very condescending manner he insisted I take the new truck home today. I told him I'd rather not and had been up-front with David about it before finalizing the deal. He asked why and I tried to explain but he cut me off. He then said, "So you want to drive "MY" truck around adding more miles to it when I'm already overpaying you for it?! (he was referring to MY truck to be traded in) Without even giving me a chance to respond, he said he wasn't good with it and let's redo the deal when I'm ready to turn my truck in. I said, "Fine, kill the deal". And he said "OK let's do that" and stormed away. I was honestly dumbfounded, and so was David. He had to rip up all my personal paperwork and refund my deposit. Before I left I asked David if I could speak to the owner, Jim Langway. He claimed Harold would come out instead. David called me later that night and said they had a "pow-wow". But I got no satisfaction. He said he would be calling me back and he was sure I'd have a chance to talk to Mr. Langway. That was two days ago. I've heard nothing. All I can say is my ratings are based 98% off of the last 10 minutes I was there, after spending 4 hours (plus 2 driving round-trip), and they are completely attributable to Harold Reilly. If my name was on the building and he treated a customer that way (and killed a deal in the process), I'd fire him in an instant. More
I called the dealership to inquire about a price advertized in a newspaper that sounded too good to be truth and that a number of other dealers couldn't match. Spoke with the sales manager who assu advertized in a newspaper that sounded too good to be truth and that a number of other dealers couldn't match. Spoke with the sales manager who assured me that the price in the paper was genuine. I drove over an hour and was greeted by Justin, a sales person who showed me all the vehicles with the advertized price. Within two hours of arriving at the dealership we have arranged the financing and purchase of a brand new Fiesta for my daughter. There were no gimmicks or pressure at all. We would have taken delivery of the new car that night if we didn't need new plates and since the registry was closed, the car was delivered the following day. Justin was off at the time that my daughter went to pick up the car but he still took the time to go back to the dealer to deliver the car and help her with the technology of the Bluetooth, radio, etc. Overall, in over 40 years buying cars, this was the best experience with a dealer by far. I hope other dealers learn from Langway Ford. More
Spec'd up a 2013 Focus Titanium with Lamoreux Ford in Spencer, MA and was ready to drop the order. Just to validate the price I sent a note to the new Langway Ford in Auburn (used to be Millbury Ford). Spencer, MA and was ready to drop the order. Just to validate the price I sent a note to the new Langway Ford in Auburn (used to be Millbury Ford). Was pleasantly surprised to find a significantly better price at Langway spec for spec. When I called to speak to a sales person, I was hooked up with Pete Mathieu whom I knew when he was at Webster-Dudley Lincoln Mercury. Pete and his former team had always taken gfood care of my wife and me. I had purchased 4 cars from him in the past 10 years so I was happy to be doing business with him again. Car was ordered in mid-January and arrived 2/25. Delivery went smoothly using Elmer Voisin as the final sales contact. As I waited for my car to be brought up, I had the opportunity to listen as other sales people were helping other customers. All the conversations were polite, professional and were placing new customers at ease with the car buying process. Was very pleased with the entire process. I was kept informed on my cars progress as it made its way east from Detroit and the final delivery process was painless. Happy to have Jim Langway in Auburn! More
After seeing the weekly Ad I called about a 2013 Ford Explorer. They quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid at signing. No added costs. No pressure to buy the vehicle or the exten Explorer. They quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid at signing. No added costs. No pressure to buy the vehicle or the extended warranty. I ordered the vehicle and they told me it would be in around the 19th of January. It was detailed and gas tank was full. They had a member of their team go over the vehicle with me, not for 2 minutes but for about 20 minutes. Everything the dealership told me was true. No run around. The price was approximately 2-3 thousand below any other quote I received. I had called three other local dealers to get quotes. In closing I gave this rating for several reasons: honesty, price and the fact that Chris Rogers made the experience stress free. Don't believe the other reviews and if you are going to work with a salesman, ask for Chris Rogers. More
