I have been buying cars from Jim Langway for several years now and am happy to say that the experience just keeps getting better and better. Shortly after he moved back to the area and took over the Aub years now and am happy to say that the experience just keeps getting better and better. Shortly after he moved back to the area and took over the Auburn location I bought a used 2010 Ford Edge Limited that has been a dream car since I bought it. I bring it to Langway for periodic maintenance and am always pleased with the professional and timely service. We recently purchased a brand new Ford Focus (manual shift) for our sons to drive and are blown away by how much fun it is to drive the car and even more so, how much fun it is to not have to fill the tank too often. Langway Ford is a class act that we will keep going back to for cars as long as they're around. Jim and his staff are more concerned with their customers satisfaction and comfort with the car buying experience and their aggressive pricing structure makes it easy to buy a car that you love without the hassle of haggling over the price. Our family has enjoyed the car buying experience with Langway Ford for years and encourage you all to do the same! More

We bought a 2011 Kia Sorento that had 50,000 miles on it and after only owning the car for 4 months it broke down and needed to be towed 4 times. After the 4th time we had to trade it in. They offered us 5, and after only owning the car for 4 months it broke down and needed to be towed 4 times. After the 4th time we had to trade it in. They offered us 5,000 dollars less than what we paid for the car as a trade in, so I guess they figured that only after 4 months the car depreciated 5,000 dollars. When we bought the car we wanted, we had to wait a week to have it cleaned and inspected and nobody showed us how to work any of the wireless features in the new car. The best part about this is instead of buying back the lemon they sold us 4 months ago closer to the price they sold it to us, they decided to make even more money off us, when I addressed this, the GM's comments were, "We can't guarantee every used car we sell." and "We didn't twist your arm in buying that car." For all the trouble we went through and all the money spent, they wouldn't even offer us anything like a free oil change or tire rotation. I think below that huge Langway Ford sign you see driving down the road should have a motto just underneath it that obviously the GM would stand by seeing that it's his own words: Langway Ford.."We can't guarantee every car we sell." Usually I hate buying new cars, but this dealership is very professional, respectful and courteous. The whole experience, apart from the initial salesperson, was excellent, from the sales manager, to the very professional, respectful and courteous. I have to say that for the first time in a long time I had a good experiance at a car dealer! The reason why I was happy with Langway Ford was because the salesmen Mike Nicoletti was straight up with us a had a good experiance at a car dealer! The reason why I was happy with Langway Ford was because the salesmen Mike Nicoletti was straight up with us about how it would work and how he helped us with the trade in and he has been very helpful getting the car right after he sold it to us! He did not forget about us once he sold us the car, which is greatly appreciated!! We are very happy with the car and service we have recieved so far. Hope the great service continues! Searched the Langway website for the vehicle configuration that I wanted. Found a rich selection of vehicles with my desired features and even found one with my preferred color. Searched Kelley Blue Book to get an estimate of the value of my trade and the estimated retail cost of the vehicle I selected. Went to the dealer and met with a sales representative. Went for a test ride and was introduced to the extensive features of the vehicle. Upon return to the dealership I was made an offer for purchase, which included the expected manufacturer and dealer discounts and a fair trade value for my vehicle. The vehicle was prepared and ready for delivery when promised. The finacial agreement was speedy and very easily understood. The dealership took responsibility for the required insurance stamp, registration transfer, sales tax payment, and title application. Also, I had an extended warranty and the dealer submitted the paperword for a rebate of the unused portion of the warranty. I have had the car for just over a week and am extremely satisfied with both my new Ford Escape Titanium and my experience with the Langway dealership. More

As a woman purchasing a new car, I found the experience far different than any other car purchase I have made. I was directed to this dealership by our Fleet expert Mike Payette. He assured me this would be a low stress experience and he was right. The staff members were very courteous, asked lots of questions and answered all my questions. They were honest, friendly, patient, approachable and non-intimidating. I worked with Elmer and ordered a Ford Fusion that fit all my requiements. Elmer kept me updated on the status of the vehicle while it was being built right to the end experience of getting the inspection sticker. I would recommend this dealership as a refreshing car buying experience for anyone! More
