I had the luxury of working with Jim and his staff including Harold, David, and Justin. Right off the bat it was a great experience as the showroom was well maintained and everyone looked professional including Harold, David, and Justin. Right off the bat it was a great experience as the showroom was well maintained and everyone looked professional. We discussed our desires with David and our price point and he provided world class recommendations and showed us a number of options, it felt as though he actually cared about our needs and we really trusted his recommendations in just a short period of time. After our test drives, we began to crunch the numbers and everything was just straight forward and honest, they even helped us out with an older trade in that we didnt expect to have any value, but they added value for us. Justin was tremendous in the financing department, he was very thorough and honest about what he would do and how adding certain things would change the price monthly and by how much. At the end of it all, we were extremely satisfied and it was due to the fact that they took their time to understand our desires for performance and price and were able to meet both. I would highly recommend Jim, Harold, David, and Justin if you are looking for a relaxed, honest, professional and non pressured car buying experience. Thanks Again!!! More

My husband and I went there this wknd to buy him a new truck after hearing from everyone we spoke to to go there. We were so impressed with the prices (best around!) and just overall kindness that we went truck after hearing from everyone we spoke to to go there. We were so impressed with the prices (best around!) and just overall kindness that we went back and got my car and traded that one in too! We worked with Jack Fino who was just great. But we also spoke to a lot of the other sales people (and even the owner) while there and I just have never met a nicer bunch of people. I would recommend Langway 100%! More
Purchased a new truck from this dealer. Although I haven't bought that many new vehicles in the years past; I would put this dealer at the top my list for future purchases. Beginning of August 2013 purchased a Lincoln MKZ, due to an accident, returned to Langway within a month and purchased a Ford Escape. I felt like Queen for a day, the staff was extremely compassionate, con an accident, returned to Langway within a month and purchased a Ford Escape. I own a 2011 Ford Fusion which was purchased brand new from Langway as well as all service completed by Langway. While washing the car, I noticed there was a lug nut missing from the passenger side front from Langway as well as all service completed by Langway. While washing the car, I noticed there was a lug nut missing from the passenger side front and rear tires. Having all service competed by Langway, I called them to see if I could bring it in to have them check to make sure no damage had been caused by this as there was also a screeching/rattling sound coming from the rear tire. Russ told me to bring it by and they would take care of it. Once I arrived, Russ himself looked at my car and went out back to find lug nuts. He then drove the car around back to look it over. After a while, the car was driven back out front still missing a lug nut. Russ told me that they did not have any lug nuts in stock and that they would order one. The one lug nut that was replaced was rusted and was not the correct size and did not match the originals. Once this was pointed out, Russ stated that he would order two new lug nuts. I then asked if it was a good idea to drive off missing a lug nut, to which I was told it would be fine. I also asked what they found to be the cause of the noise I was hearing and was told they would look at it when I brought it back in in a couple of days when the lug nuts came in. After getting home, I took the tires off and looked myself - as I am mechanically inclined - and found the brake pads on the rear passenger tire to be completely worn down. They were worn so badly that the actual metal of the pad was wearing down. I then looked back at the service slips from prior oil changes and noticed that the last one showed the brake pads being in the "green" (requiring no service) and there was also a illegible note about 2 lug nuts. This service was performed 3,000 miles before this incident. The lug nuts in question were never pointed out to me by the employee that handed the paper and keys to me. After 3 days of not hearing back from the dealership I called and spoke to the service manager who told me they should have been in by now but were not yet. He told me he would personally call me when they arrived and should be in no later then the following day. I also asked how the brake pads could have been overlooked so severely during the last service as 3,000 miles would not wear down a brake pad from "green" to the state that they were in and he told me that the brake check is only of the outer pad and that sometimes the pads wear unevenly. I informed the manager that it was BOTH pads that were worn to the same degree, to which he replied that he did not know how they missed that. It was 2 weeks before I received a phone call from the parts department letting me know that the lug nuts were in - not the following day as I was promised. This dealership provided bad service by not tightening all lug nuts after oil change/tire rotation, not pointing out the comments about the lug nuts, sending me away from the dealership knowing there was a possible safety issue with my car, and taking an unacceptable amount of time to have parts come in. As my wife drives my car regularly and I often am traveling with my now 3 week old newborn, I take safety issues very seriously. I am shocked that the management of a dealership would allow a loyal customer to drive off of their lot with an unsafe family vehicle. I will no longer have my car serviced at this dealership, nor will I buy from them again, after the poor service I received stemming from an issue caused by the dealership themselves. More
