Early last year (2013), I began researching / pricing Ford Explorers for my wife. Living in the greater Boston area, I was able to obtained numbers from the many Ford dealers in the area and after a mon Ford Explorers for my wife. On the way to the dealership and by total chance, I was talking to a co-worker about the aggravation of buying a new vehicle. He suggested I call Langway Ford in Auburn, MA; a dealer he had used in the past. After a ten minute call, I took the hour long ride from Boston and saved over $2,000. This past week, trying to avoid another hour long ride, I began pricing Ford Fusions. Again after visiting dealers in my area, I called Langway and I was back on the Mass Pike westbound for another $1,800 savings. Great experience all the way - would recommend to anyone looking for best price and no hassle / pressure. More

All the paperwork was done and I was on my way home with a new vehicle the same day. The financial office experience with Brian was quick and pain free with no pressure. Dick Fennely's vast knowledge of the F150 was greatly appreciated. I've purchased many cars from many dealers over the years but this was my best experience to date. Buyer BEWARE!! Bad experience from the very beginning!! Salesman talked to me like I'm an idiot , and did not know anything. We did all the paperwork and drove away with plates on from my old car, came back 2 days later for the registration and NO TITLE was available! Double talk from the manager on duty, we paid for the car and they did not clearly own it, it had a loan on it. They offered to put a dealer plate on it while I waited for the title after two weeks, how is this possible! No one ever told us about no title, they act like it's our fault. Don't trust this dealer, very bad!!! More
