Purchased From: Langway Ford 5/4/13 Returned On 5/6/13 REVIEW FOR LANGWAY FORD: I Purchased A 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Pickup, I Drove It For Two Days And Returned With A Four Page List Of Problems, T REVIEW FOR LANGWAY FORD: I Purchased A 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Pickup, I Drove It For Two Days And Returned With A Four Page List Of Problems, They Kept It For 11 Days And Did Not Fix Everything. Under Massachusetts General Laws They Were Supposed To Do A Safety And Emissions Inspection, They Only Did A Safety Inspection. Now I Know Why, I Have Spent 3000.00 Dollars On Repairs And Emission Problems , I Am Getting Ready To Mail Out Complaint Forms Today to the BBB, The Attorney General’s Office, And the Consumer Protection Agency. Plus I Have Contacted the Mass RMV, I have a Reference # From The Mass RMV, And They Agree That It Only Needs A Safety Inspection, But The Dealer Should Be Fixing All Problems With The Truck, Including The Emissions. I Am Working On A Letter To The Finance Company So They Know What Happened. I Will See What Kind Of Response I Get From These Agencies Before I Go To Small Claims Court With All My Receipt's. Also If Need Be, I Will Turn This Over To An Attorney. This Dealer Has Done Me Wrong And Everybody Should Know About It! TO BE CONTINUED::::: I Was Asked By The Sales Manager To Bring It To Their Service Department Thursday 6/13/13 So They Could Make This Right, Let’s See What Happens , He Also Asked Me To Take My Review Off Of Dealerator.com Until We Solve These Issues . If The Issues Are Resolved, I Will Be Happy. BUT, NOW I Have A Bigger List, My Blower Motor On My Heater And Defrost Will Not Stay On, The Wire Harness Is Overheating, And Looks Like It Needs A New Resistor And Harness. The Top Serpentine Pulley Is Junk and Was Supposed To Be Replaced the First Time Around. The Fuse Controlling The Wiper Motor In The Fuse Box On The Side Of The Dash Has To Be Wedged In To Keep The Wiper Motor Working. The Engine Is Still Misfiring, And The Check Engine Light Is Still Flashing. And Last But Not Lease I Had To Get A Jump Start On Monday Because The Red Box That Connects The Two Batteries Is Corroded And Rusted Inside. This Is The Only Thing They Fixed On 6/13/13.And They Tested The Emissions Which Shows Up On The RMV Computer As Failing Emissions On 6/13/13. Also On 6/21/13 Langway Replaced Some More Parts, But Nothing to Do with Emission’s. I Picked It Up Friday 6/21/13 And Drove It Home, Still Skipping. I Parked It In My Driveway. On Monday 6/24/13 I Drove It to Work and the AC system blew up. I Cannot Believe This!!!! ( I Have Been Told That They Should Have Never Sold This Vehicle Knowing It Had an Emissions Problem). Here Is A New Update, Not Only Did They Not Fix The Truck! Now I Have Been Waiting Since 7/13/13 For My Refund On The Extended Warranty That I Purchased On The Drive Train! It Was Promised By 7/20/13? It Is Now 8/9/13, All They Keep Saying Is The Check Is In The Mail! Me And My Wife Lost 15,000.00 Dollars On This Truck. I Had To Trade It In At Another Dealer For A New 2013, And I Got 1250.00 Dollars On Trade! Be Very Careful! Hey What Do You Know, I Just Got The Check In The Mail It Was Mailed Friday 8/8/13. More

My wife and I stopped in to look at the vehicles on the Langway lot. We were greeted warmly and Josh walks us through the various options that were available to us for cars. Josh was very knowledgeable a Langway lot. We were greeted warmly and Josh walks us through the various options that were available to us for cars. Josh was very knowledgeable about the various options and without pressure let us look at any level vehicle we wanted to. To make a long story short, we drove away that afternoon in our new Fusion. Justin in finance was very helpful explaining the rebates and worked through the options we had as far as low rates on loans or taking the rebates. Before I started to look for a vehicle I researched the value of my trade-in and Langway gave me the exact amount that the Internet valued my trade at. Through this experience I would recommend Langway Ford as a dealership to visit and do business with. More

He was very friendly and very knowledgeable with the entire inventory on the lot. The prices on their vehicles were close to $6,000 cheaper then 16 dealerships I looked into. Brian Meola the finance guru was very friendly and very knowledgable with many different banks. He got me approved and had me signing papers within 25 minutes. I have had my truck for over a month now and Chris still calls me to make sure I don't have any questions with my truck and to make sure my truck doesn't need anything. I was having a conversation with a very friendly gentlemen who was in the dealership show room. Come to find out I was speaking with the owner Mr. Langway. He was very down to earth and very helpful with every question I had. This place was amazing. More
I stopped in to Langway Ford on May 28, 2013. I did not have an appointment because a business meeting ended early and I had an extra hour. I explained this to Harold Relly (GM) and he said" he could get have an appointment because a business meeting ended early and I had an extra hour. I explained this to Harold Relly (GM) and he said" he could get me in right away, no problem at all". He even offered me a loaner car in case I wanted to go get a sandwich or a coffee while I waited. I did not take him up on his offer but I did walk around the inside and outside of the dealership while I waited for my car to be serviced. All employees I encountered could not have been friendlier or more service oriented. Both the sales and service teams appeared to be very busy but all interacted with customers with a smile and appeared to be making all customer experiences a pleasant one. This is not my normal experience at other car dealerships. The customer service tone appears to come from the top with the very busy owner on site making sure that all customers are taken care of and made to feel appreciated. This service experience only reaffirmed my previous experience when I bought my new Mustang two years ago. More
We were in the market for a used pickup truck, after finding a truck online at Langway Ford we went up there late on a saturday. We drove the truck but didn't purchase it that day, infact we passed due finding a truck online at Langway Ford we went up there late on a saturday. We drove the truck but didn't purchase it that day, infact we passed due to price. After thinking about it we called back monday (closed on sunday) and told one of the two salesmen we dealt with we wanted the truck. He then told us he would call us back and confirm some things for us. We never heard from said salesman and when my girlfriend went to the dealership later in the afternoon the salesman was out test driving the truck we were going to buy with another customer, When the sales manager was questioned about it he said that if the customer test driving the truck didn't want it we could have it. When my girlfriend explained we talked to a certain salesman earlier in the day and told him we wanted it he said too bad and all she could do is wait and see what happened with the current customer. That customer bought it and we were out of luck. What it comes down to is ethics. This dealer doesn't care about the people who come through the door, it's all about the bottom dollar and that's too bad. More than one person warned us about this car dealer and I can assure anyone that Langway Ford lives up to it's terrible reputation. Bad dealer with an even worse sales staff. More
I was shopping for a vehicle to pull my boat and perhaps a small camper which would get reasonable gas mileage. I've always been a Ford guy but thought that nowadays the F-150's were out of my price range a a small camper which would get reasonable gas mileage. I've always been a Ford guy but thought that nowadays the F-150's were out of my price range and the mileage was not good enough. I had been to Lundgren Honda looking at Honda Ridgelines which were expensive and only rated at 20 mpg and was on my way to Toyota to look at the Tacomas when I passed Langway Ford and saw a F-150 crew cab which is what I really wanted and thought I couldn't afford. I was greeted by my salesman David Haynes who showed me that with the rebates and my trade that the deal made sense for me. I also discovered that the mileage for the 5.0 liter engine was rated at 20 mpg highway which was as good as the small trucks I was considering. David was very personable and well informed about his products. 5 months after the sale I have averaged 19.4 mpg for all miles according to the mileage computer in the dash. This is my first purchase at Langway Ford ( my last truck came from Millbury Ford ) but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Peter Mathieu is on their team now. I've dealt with Peter over the last 40 or so years and respect him a great deal. The fact that he is part of the Langway team speaks volumes. More
First of all, the reviews below that are so positive are written by Langway employees. Do your research people, if you have a trade in they will rip you off. They follow no guidelines such as Kelly blue written by Langway employees. Do your research people, if you have a trade in they will rip you off. I purchased a used Mercury Mountaineer from this dealership last spring. Two weeks after leaving the lot we had a warm day and went to use the air conditioning and it did not work. I brought the M dealership last spring. Two weeks after leaving the lot we had a warm day and went to use the air conditioning and it did not work. I brought the Mountaineer back and was given a call that the charge was just low and just needed to be topped off. I manage a residential/commercial heating and air conditioning department and told them I was well aware of the fact that if a system is low on charge it must have a leak. Air conditioning refrigerant does not break down over time and if there wasn't a leak there should never be a need for a top off. After the work was completed they said they found no leaks and it just needed charge. Fast forward to this week when it got warm and Mass and now the a/c doesn't work again. Made a call to the service department that obviously they didn't fix it and was told I am on my own. Just another dealer trick, there is no way I would have seen a low refrigerant charge until well after the warranty was over. I bought a new car for my wife so I don't have to work on things and still end up with wrench in my hand because the dealership took the easy way out. More
