It finally happened, I purchased my first Ford Fusion SE. I love this car already. Sleek design, comfortable, roomy. Ill start off by saying John Shaw was the easiest salesman that I've ever dealt with. Here I love this car already. Sleek design, comfortable, roomy. Ill start off by saying John Shaw was the easiest salesman that I've ever dealt with. Here's why; $6000 off msrp. So I bought a $24,000 car for $18,000 (roughly). What a bargain. Who needs a down payment when Langway gives it to you and then some. Prior to the Fusion I leased a Chevy Malibu. When I brought it to Langway, John Shaw explained to me that they will accept the car, all I had to do was pay the miles I was over and the remaining monthly payments. That's what I expected. The kicker is they separated the two transactions. My Malibu was completely separated from my Fusion deal. HOW EASY IS THAT. Most dealerships work the two prices into the deal and confuse the customer. Langway does not. If your in the market for purchasing a new car go to Langway Ford in Aurburn MA. They have this kind of deal on every model car/truck they carry. One example is they are taking $8000 off msrp for the Ford Taurus. WHAT A DEAL, and WHAT A CAR :). My first Ford is now a Ford Fusion and as long as these deals keep happening ill always shop at Langway. Now this part is in recognition for John Shaw and every other employee that I bumped into while purchasing my car. John greeted me right away. Couldn't even get one foot in the door before John introduced himself. Awesome. Then he asked the greatest question of all, one that not all salesmen get right, "What car are you looking for"? I told John what my budget was monthly for the car and what car I wanted. It took him 30 seconds to find the car that I wanted that was potentially within budget. Most salesmen will give you the run around and just get you into a car just to say they showed you something. The car John Shaw test drove me in was the car I walked away with :). Lets just say their neighboring dealerships did not do that. I even asked John if their was a version of my car with the navigation system that was still in budget. John showed me the car with the navigation in it but it was much more expensive. He was honest and said you know this may not be in your budget considering its more expensive. I said that's ok lets go to the other model then I don't need navigation yet. Most salesmen would just say hey lets go run some numbers and it NEVER EVER comes to the price you expect. So you waist your time. But not at Langway. It roughly took hour n half to complete the deal, paperwork included. Record timing I might add. John Shaw was the most laid back salesmen I've ever seen, who would've thought. Most salesmen are in your ear the whole time "buy this car, buy this car, buy this car". Not John, he showed me the car I wanted, laid the deal on the table and that was that. NO NEGOTIATIONS!!!! FINALLY. Buying this car was like going to a store and buying a t-shirt. THAT SIMPLE. Obviously everyone will have a different experience and may not be satisfied with their deal, but how can you argue when a simple man like John Shaw comes up to you and says "We are taking $6000 off msrp right away". No brainer. John this is not only the car that I've always wanted, but you've impacted my family greatly. I have a 10 month old daughter, so every penny counts. Its not often you can say that the buying experience at a dealership impacts ones life this much to even bring a slight tear to ones eye. Did I forget to mention that when I picked up the car John had even more good news for me. Mr. Langway offered me a flat $10 for every oil change I have on my Ford Fusion SE as long as I own it. WHAT A MONEY SAVER! I never thought Id say this but im actually saving money by owning this car. This wouldn't have been possible without John Shaw. Did I say his name enough JOHN SHAW JOHN SHAW JOHN SHAW. One last thing that made the experience well worth it, was the next day when I picked up the car, anyone that I ran into they knew my name. Felt like I belonged their. :) THANKS EVEYONE. I hope I didn't leave anyone out, but thank you to John Shaw and Mr. Langway. Regards, Ben Petit p.s. Mr. Langway PLEASE READ THIS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AT YOUR NEXT STAFF MEETING. John Shaw and all your staff members deserve this recognition. And yes I mean you Mr. Langway you should read it aloud :) means more coming from a man such as yourself. Thanks again everyone!!! More

The first salesperson that I dealt with was Justin who *BEWARE* *BEWARE* *BEWARE* So I went in to look at a used F150 that I saw on their website. The first salesperson that I dealt with was Justin who could not be bothered with me and took me for a 3.4 mile test ride loop and was not going to let me take the truck up on the highway. I was utterly disgusted with the service I received. But I wanted to look at a Dodge Ram that they had on the lot as well. So I requested a different salesperson and this is where I met Dave. He was fantastic and I ended up making a deal that night on the truck. I had noticed a few issues with the truck on my test drive and he assured me the they would be taken care of when I picked up the truck. Justin made things painless with financing the truck and explained everything out very well. I left the dealership with my new truck feeling very satisfied. That is where the positive feedback ends. When they "Detailed" the truck they wiped everything with a solution that had the consistency of tire shine and left every hard surface inside the truck feeling greasy including both the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal as well as the steering wheel; real safe. Once I got the truck home I notice that the passenger side tail light was cracked. Also a coolant leak appeared and a shake in the steering wheel was not addressed that I had pointed out. I replaced the tail light since it was cheap enough only $30. I called Dave that Monday morning and he scheduled me in on Monday night. They cut me a check for the tail light and Russ in the service department told me that it was just a simple seal that it was not a big deal and I could continue to drive the truck until they could get me in the following Tuesday. That Friday I was on my way to the cape and in traffic the truck lost enough coolant to develop an air pocket in the cooling system and it started to over heat. luckily had had some basic tools with me to fix it on the side of 495 at 9pm. Monday leaving work the misfire that they supposedly after I pointed it out to them on my initial test drive showed up so I brought the truck in that night and they could not get me a loaner vehicle. They had the truck for a week. The only way i could get any information on the truck and what they were finding was by calling. When I got the truck back they had apparently fixed the leak as well as put two new tie rods in and put new spark plugs in, as well as putting a dent in the door, covering the interior with grease, damaging both sway bar endlinks, cracking the driver side tail light, and putting close to 75 miles on the truck. I filled the gas tank when I left the dealership and after doing the math that 75 miles was very rough resulting in 9.2mpg when i was averaging 15.1. I got the truck back and immediately noticed that the leak was not fixed I called on Monday and was told that they could not get me in till the following Tuesday but Russ promised a loaner vehicle. I called Monday and made sure I would have a loaner when I dropped the truck off that night and was told that they would see if they could find me one. It took me calling the general manager Scott Webber for them to get me a loaner. So I went in to find that the loaner was an Enterprise rental car that I had to wait for over and hour for and that I had to put the $300 security deposit on my credit card. They had the truck for almost another week and the same routine, I could only get any information by calling them. When I picked up the truck I was happy to see that the leak was fixed. But that was it, the end link was still broken, and the taillight was still leaking. Their service department is downright awful and can not be trusted. I called Justin and had him refund the cost of the extended warranty because I want to cut all ties with Langway Ford. But i then had to wait almost two months for the refund to come in, but that was not without having to threaten with a lawsuit and the BBB to get them to get me the money. Because I could not trust the service department to fix anything without about damaging other parts in the process I replaced the sway bar endlinks myself. When I jacked up the front end of the truck to change them, I discovered that both front wheel bearings where bad as well. That caused me to go through the rest of the paper work. That is where I came to the inspection report for the state inspection sticker. How can they put a passing sticker on a vehicle with bad front end parts. I also noticed they some how bypassed the OBD-2 readings. They put a sticker on a vehicle that was not safe for the road. If you feel that Langway Ford is the dealership for you, Make sure you get the general manger, Scott Webber, business card. Talking to him was the only way that I was able to get anything done More
This dealership exceeded all expectations. Langway Ford was recommended by a friend and I have also heard a local buzz about having great prices. Sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Langway. The staff was very professional easy to work with. The pricing can't be beat. No games played at all, they wrote everything down so you know exactly where you stand. professional easy to work with. The pricing can't be beat. Long story short - we put money down for them to hold a car that we loved while they finished the finance part of the process (we couldn't have it done on the same day that we test drive, because it was to car that we loved while they finished the finance part of the process (we couldn't have it done on the same day that we test drive, because it was too late on the day - 7:30pm), after getting a called saying that we were all set, got a call at 3pm from a very arrogant guy at finance telling us that they sold the car to someone else. It took us a while to understand how was this possible, after we asked them to hold the car, and after they took the money out of our account? Still hard to understand. Bottom line the car is gone and this just proved the type of dealership this place is... no work ethics. More
I had a great experience buying a car at Langway Ford. I received excellent customer service, Haney was friendly and attentive. He carefully listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and never pressu received excellent customer service, Haney was friendly and attentive. He carefully listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and never pressured me to buy a car that didn't fit the needs of my family. I also felt like he listened to me as a woman and understood that I was capable of making the decision on my own and that I didn't need a man to help me decide. Brian Meola the finance manager was very straightforward with the financing and offered advice again based on my situation. He didn't try to sell me any additional items and respected that I was on a tight budget. My daughter mentioned that she wanted to drive the car home that night and they did their best to accomodate this request. They moved swiftly to register the car and kept in constant communication regarding when I could come pick up my license plates and get the inspection. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I visited 6 other dealerships in the area and chose to buy my car at Langway Ford because I felt like I was listened to, treated with respect and treated fairly. I highly recommend Langway Ford! More
I service my F150 at Langway Ford on a regular basis and I recently just purchased my first new car, a 2014 Mustang GT. I was going to wait a few years to make such a big move but the price was just to good I recently just purchased my first new car, a 2014 Mustang GT. I was going to wait a few years to make such a big move but the price was just to good to pass up!! On top of that I was given the ability to order EXACTLY what I wanted and did not have to compromise with something off of the lot!! Everyone from the general manager to the service writers, do an excellent job and not skip a beat in terms of being professional, courteous, and personable. I am extremely pleased with how smooth the entire process went. I do and would, recommend anyone interested in looking for a Ford to greatly consider using this dealership. Having experience with another Ford dealership (Wayside Ford) the two cannot even compare. I traded in my Honda Accord to acquire my F150 and had an AWFUL experience at Wayside. Just to give you an example, when I picked the truck up they did not fill it with gas and left me less than a quarter of a tank and told me they did not fill it up all of the way due to the fact that gas prices were so high. The trip to Auburn is WELL worth it. More
I went to Langway Ford because I heard they had very good prices and a good choice of used cars. Jimmy the salesman I worked with was very helpful. Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from James Langway Jr at Langway Ford. It was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I was not pressured and felt very comfortable buying this vehic Langway Jr at Langway Ford. It was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I was not pressured and felt very comfortable buying this vehicle from James. After hearing what I was looking for, he showed me exactly what I wanted - in 3 different colors! I had heard that Langway had the best prices and was not disappointed. After choosing the black Escape, I then met with Justin MacElroy in the finance department. He did an excellent job at getting me a low finance rate with one of the many banks that they work with. I purchased this vehicle on a Friday morning and when I returned later in the day, the vehicle was ready, registered, and inspected. Everything was done and I just got in my new vehicle and drove away. I love my new Escape and will definitely return to Langway Ford when I am looking for my next vehicle. More
