Sir, On any initial submission to Ford Credit it is approved/denied by a computer controlled application, no human actually reviews it at that time, a Finance manager must speak to a credit analyst. Once the Finance manager spoke with Ford Credit they told us due to your history they would not approve the longer term lease and wanted more cash down as an increased interest on the loan and to get you closer to the budget payment that both you and FMC were comfortable with, due to delayed payments made on your previous lease. The analyst is correct that he didn't personally review the first application, the computer did. Our core values are founded on integrity and transparency, if I had any inclination that one of my employees were not practicing those values I would immediately dismiss them.
