I was greeted by a salesman about 5 minutes after looking at cars of my choice. He shook my hand, introduced himself and was very polite. I came pre-approved with an exceptional rate from my bank, however, he found a rate lower than mine for me. I picked up the car the next day and my salesman arranged for someone to show me how to operate all of the options inside my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service and I would recommend Langway for purchasing your next vehicle. More
I took my Ford Fusion in for a brake job prior to moving across the country back in fall of 2013. Once I got settled in my new state I began hearing a sharp squeaking noise while braking. I took my vehicle to my local Ford dealership and was told a part of my vehicle was reinstalled incorrectly during my first brake job resulting in a new brakes, new router, new caliper and replacing the brake fluid in my vehicle which some had leaked out due to the original brake job. My husband and I have made more than 20 calls to the Langway Ford Dealership to speak with the service manager. We have been given the run around for four months now. With the latest calls in the past two months we have been told a refund check, in an unknown amount, has been mailed to our updated address with no check seen to date. Extremely disappointed in this service and will be deterring my friends and family from using the Langway Ford Dealership. More
Every aspect of the sales experience was wonderful. We bought a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. We expected there to be some catch to their advertisement of taking $5000 off every Escape but there wasn't. Not only did they take the $5000 off (about half of which was rebates from Ford), but they also gave us a very generous trade-in. We have purchased many new cars over the years, but this was the absolute best experience we have ever had. No pressure at all. The Finance Department got a great interest rate for us, and when we stated that we were not interested in purchasing any extended warranty, instead of the usual arm twisting most dealerships put you through, we got a "That's OK" response instead. I would recommend Langway to anyone (in fact I already have). More

Working with Jack Fino towards the purchase of a new F150 XLT was a great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted and he understood that. I am amazed that we walked in, found the truck with the color and features we were striving for, settled on a purchase and that afternoon we were driving a new 2014 truck off the lot . My experience with Langway Ford was definitely a 10 out of 10. The staff I worked with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I came to Langway frankly a little suspicious of their low pricing. Turns out it was not a trick! I had a great time test driving, and then immediately purchasing, a Ford Focus SE Hatchback from Dick Fenn low pricing. Turns out it was not a trick! Their advertised deal of $6,000 off MSRP was genuine, saving me 30% off the price of a new car, and saving nearly $2000 off the price another local dealer was offering. More

Jack did an excellent job helping us select the right fit and most comfortable car for us. He gave us an excellent explanation of how everything worked in the phone, climate, entertainment and navigation sy and most comfortable car for us.
