Jack was very helpful in sifting through the details and once the vehicle was purchased, he went through the fine points of the Explorer's features. Did not have any vehicles that matched our needs. Told Elmer we were in the looking stage and did not want to be hounded. Elmer called the very next morning and apologized for the call but indicated they just received in used vehicle that almost exactly met pour request. My wife and I came up that afternoon and Elmer showed us both the car he called about and another one that also met our requirements. Elmer patiently showed us both vehicles, answered numerous questions, and in the end we purchased a nicer vehicle than expected at a price that was well within our expected range. Elmer and his colleagues at Langway were very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. More

Putting my show on the road thanks to LANGWAY FORD I had visited the lot on a Sunday because I wished to search on my own. I found 2 vehicles that that caught my interest. I needed storage capacity for my musical equipment. I also needed some degree of comfort due to long trips getting to show venues. These vehicles were right in the ball park regarding storage and comfort as well as price. I returned to Langway the following Thursday and was greeted by Dick Fennelly. I was advised that one of the vehicles had already been sold but the other was available. Dick went to work immediately. Within a very short time I was given numbers to consider. I requested a car fax and my request was promptly addressed. Langway provided me with instant service regarding payment plan,added warranty,registration & sticker with inspection document. I agreed to everything because I felt very comfortable and I felt I was being treated fairly and honestly. I secured insurance the next morning and had the documents faxed to Langway Ford. I drove off Friday afternoon in a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer Premier. The vehicle is a dream. I reported only a few minor issues that were promptly addressed. All in all this was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am now mobile and able to take my show anywhere I wish. Thanks you very much Langway Ford.
