My wife absolutely loves her pre owned Explorer that like all of their pre owned inventory are in excellent clean condition and low mileage. We needed an owners manual and he had one for us the next day, To many it may seem like a small thing but to me it's the small details that make a world of difference to us and that they remembered to get it for us so quickly means they listen to their customers and now a days that's huge! Emergency service! Traveling thru with RV and intercooler outlet hose blew.
