Service was unbelievably slow my 1st visit. 9:00 am appointmint, car did not go into a servicetech until almost 11:00 am. That is unacceptable. Asked them with tge 1st visit to check tire p 9:00 am appointmint, car did not go into a servicetech until almost 11:00 am. That is unacceptable. Asked them with tge 1st visit to check tire pressure, not done. 2nd appointmen the next day (they had to get part). Again asked to set the tire pressure. Not done at that appointment either. More

I didn't have a good experience at first. Ordered tires and was told they were not there when I went in for my appointment. I was ready to walk out and not go back but Kyle took over and chec Ordered tires and was told they were not there when I went in for my appointment. I was ready to walk out and not go back but Kyle took over and checked to see if my tires were there, which they were. Not only made sure the tires got put but looked for any deals Ford was offering. There was and I was able to save me some money. Also there was a $75 rebate which he signed me up for it and had it sent directly to my home. Kyle is the best and always goes above and beyond. More
