I bought a brand new F150 and had issues with it burning oil with only 13,000 miles on it. They couldn’t get it fixed for me and couldn’t care less to help get it resolved. I ended up calling Ford customer service and they told me to go to try a different dealer, it’s been a nightmare and I highly suggest you buy from a different dealer, there are plenty of other options. I called to try and sneak in on an oil change and they got me right in. Turns out there was a recall on the vehicle and they took care of that as well. I drove my Enterprise lease vehicle off at 7:30 am. At 3:30 it had not been serviced. Service advisor blamed Enterprise.
